Chapter 58 - 58

Collins coughed out loud attracting the attention of Lucian. He smiled, dragging out a seat before Lucian detected his movements.

"Are you still angry that I betrayed you? I actually didn't do it on purpose. I just assumed your grandfather wanted to help you and I was wrong. Don't be angry,"

Lucian exhaled his hands falling on Collins, giving him a small pat. Collins rose from the chair, in cloud nine, hovering round the room until his excitement burned out. Definitely, who wouldn't be happy? He escaped death narrowly.

"Do not rejoice yet there's something else I want you to help me do. Here, read the message instead." Rather than explaining it, he shoved his tablet into Collins' palms urging him to take a look at it.

He glanced through it, reading through the lines skeptically until he got to the last words. His eyes widened, and he returned the tablet, twisting his lips awkwardly.
