"Alright, let me do the talking. If they get too annoying you can hit them, but just enough to hurt them, and not enough to knock them out." Allan said.
Soon then splashed water on the face of one of the intruder that was tied up.
"Alright, let me skip the bullshit. I'll let you know that you're the last one we are interrogating. If you don't lie and your story match the same story as the others we can free you. And I'll let you know that we're not afraid of revenge because we are cultivators while you're not. So spill the beans."
"Shit that crazy bastard. Who is crazy to buy a fight with cultivators. I'll tell you everything alright. It was that crazy Jonatan Biller, the crazy son of the chairman of the Dragon Electronics, Joshua Biller. He told us to kill you guys to avoid future problems. He was pissed that his father berated him for creating trouble with you guys."
"Wow you were quick. Anything more?"
"Joshua will also try to do something to you guys, but I think he's investigating you right now, so you still have time. But he can't possibly hire cultivators so you're good."
"Thank you. If all your friends were like you this would've been much faster." Allan then nodded towards Keith and the latter knocked the intruder out.
"Do you still want to interrogate the others?" Keith asked.
"I think we can interrogate one or two more. I was thinking here. These guys know that cultivation exists, why don't we hire them to work with us."
"And how are you going ensure their loyalty?" Jasper asked.
"There is a mind spell, or rather, an application of mind power in my mind technique that works like a slave contract. But the requirements are that the target must have a much weaker mind power than the caster. I think I can do It already here in the real world. I don't think I'll lose in a battle of mind power against mortals."
"Let's ask the opinion of the girls. They should also have a say in this matter." Keith said.
"Can you please call them here." Allan said.
"Sure." Keith left the room, soon he arrived with the girls behind him.
"I'm gonna propose something quite weird, but I want your opinion on this." Allan paused a bit. "What do you think of slaves?"
"I don't really like slavery." Sasha said.
"Well, let me tell you that I can turn our assailants into our slaves and they can't fight back. They become stupidly loyal and if they rebel they'll die. What do you think?"
Everyone took a time to think about it a little. Then Tory said. "I think it's alright. It's better than killing them and raising suspicion."
Then Sheila chimed in. "Besides we'll have someone to watch our backs when we're playing the game."
"We can ask them about if they want it or if they prefer to die." Allan said.
"That way is better, they can choose their future a bit. But it's only a way to mask death right?" Sheila said.
"Not really, we can give them a way out and give a way for them to regain their dignity, after all, they'll be working on something good. They can even protect their families when the world turns to chaos." Allan said.
"Let's make them our slaves then." Sasha said.
"Ok, wake him up again."
"What now? Why am I still tied?" The thug asked. "Didn't say you're gonna let me go?"
"I did, and now let's make a deal. First you can die or you can became a cultivator. But you're gonna have to be my slave and you won't be able to ever defy an order or else you're gonna die."
"So it's either die or work till death, huh?"
"Not really, you will get paid like a normal employee and we'll even teach you how to cultivate. But you'll have to be our slave. This is only so that you can't betray us." Allan said calmly.
"Fine, I'll become your slave."
"Good, lets begin. Don't resist or you'll die." Then Allan put his hand on the thug's forehead and began to use his mental power to imprint a slave contract like how he remembered from his [Mind Waterfall] technique. After ten minutes, the spell was ready. Of course it was because the thug cooperated.
"Allan are you alright? You're quite pale." Tory asked.
"This is nothing. I just used too much mental power. Let me recover a bit." Then Allan began to cultivate to recover his mental energy.
"What is your name?" Jasper asked.
"I'm called Brad."
"Are you wanted by the police?"
"Nope, They never managed to catch me or know what I did."
"Are you subordinates of Jonatan Biller or independent contractors."
"Independent."
"Do you have family?"
"I have a little daughter but she lives with her mother. Her mother kind of despises me."
"I can why. But don't worry. You'll have a good life from now on. I know that you'll probably want to protect your daughter. So during daytime you'll be able to tell your daughter that you're working for us and visit her often. How you live your life is up to you, but we value family, so if you want to bring her to live with us, and don't force her to do so, you're allowed."
"How much is my salary?"
"Cultivation opportunity and basic living expenses. A little more than that I guess." Jasper replied.
"Since you can't betray us no matter what I think we can tell you the truth. We never planned on letting you go. If not for Allan knowing how to make slave spells, you'd be dead." Tory said. "But now you're kind of one of us and we protect each other. So of course you won't be mistreated.
