Unresponsive, Alistair looked at the screen in front of him for a few seconds before asking. "Is there a way I can regain my ability to speak?"
Aware that she was the one he was talking to, Eleven said.
"Yes there is but it's a little difficult when compared to learning Mana Sense."
"Explain how it works," Alistair replied, dividing his attention between what Eleven was telling him and how he was going to get information about how the world currently was.

Dumbstruck, the being had almost lost his soul when he saw that Alistair had accessed the first level of his System.
It was what he deeply prayed against that came to pass, which would make his plans take even longer than anticipated.
'Is it that the bastard has good luck or the System god is aware of my presence and deliberately pissing me off?' The being wondered, looking at the screens in front of Alistair.
'Thinking about it won't help much. I just have to figure out a way to keep things on track and expect more hiccups along the way.' The being thought, sighing as he saw his foolproof plans becoming almost impossible.
Although he was frustrated and angry, the being was still able to remain calm this time as he realized the time he could spend cursing could be used for other things.
'Hopefully, I can make it there before the selection of the Rulers and Overlord.' The being said before he immediately placed every ounce of his focus on the things he needed to succeed this time.

'Telepathy that's going to be difficult.' Alistair thought, going over the steps that Eleven told him to take if he wanted to use it.
Now he could use Mana Sense subconsciously and judging from what Eleven had said, it would take a long time before he could use Telepathy like he was doing with Mana Sense.
The first step in using Telepathy involved the user projecting his Mana outwards in the form of a string and making it attach to whoever he wanted to speak with.
There was also another method more efficient for long-distance communication and that was the user placing his Mana in the brain of the person he wanted to speak to. But this one was much harder and far more dangerous than the first since the slightest mistake could kill the person being talked to.
The second step was making his Mana Frequency be in sync with the person he wanted to talk to it can neither be too high nor too low.
As for Mana Frequency, this is the time taken for Mana to travel to all points within the body of an organism. The smaller the creature the higher the Mana Frequency and vice versa that is a Dragon has a lower Mana Frequency than a Slime.
As a result of this, communication between different races is extremely hard but more efficient among organisms of the same kind.
Failing to match the Mana Frequency of the person being talked to, would lead to the user getting an awful migraine if he forces himself to remain conscious.
The third step which was the easiest and last step was thinking about whatever he wanted to say and then transferring it through the string to the listener.
'I doubt my Mana control would be terribly affected by my reincarnation.' Alistair thought, realizing that Mana control was essential when using Telepathy, unlike Mana Sense which just required high pain tolerance.
If that was the case, then it meant that thousands of years of practicing had gone down the drain making him no different than a newborn creature.
Taking a deep breath, Alistair pictured the image of a blue string that was as thin as a hair strand in his mind.
Magically, the same blue string that he had imagined appeared in front of him while floating in the air.
"It wasn't for naught," Alistair said, having satisfaction in his heart when he looked at the string in front of him.
"Now, time to test it out." He added, locking his sight on a raccoon-like creature not too far away from him.
With Alistair imagining the string to ab about two meters in length –since that was how far the raccoon was, he immediately shit the string at the raccoon's skull a second after it was made.
Easily linking the string with the raccoon's mind, Alistair took in a deep breath as he tried to use his intent to determine the raccoon's Mana Frequency.
Buzz...
Gritting his teeth, Alistair endured the buzzing sound that reverberated within his mind as he forcefully tried to match the raccoon's Mana Frequency even though he had failed once.
'Hehe... That blue bastard looks like poop.'
'I am sure he thinks he looks handsome.'
'Shiny poop is acting weirdly.'
Alistair heard someone say within his mind.
Aware that the voice belonged to neither the freeloader within him nor Eleven, Alistair said. "This was far easier than Mana Sense."
A few seconds after he heard those thoughts, Alistair's mood immediately worsened as he cursed. "I'm the one that bastard is calling shiny poop."
Annoyed by the things the bastard of a raccoon was thinking, Alistair asked. "Who the hell is shiny poop?"
His voice was domineering as it carried a regal aura, displaying his pride as a Dragon at its peak.
'Eek! Who said that?!' Alerted, the raccoon creature looked around it only to find no one except from the blue slime.
"Over here you idiot," Alistair said, looking at the raccoon who now had confusion on its furry face.
Gobsmacked, the raccoon stared at Alistair with wide-open eyes as it gaped. 'Is this the power of a god?'
Staring at the raccoon for a long time, Alistair's attention was drawn to the screen that suddenly appeared in front of him.

Staring at the screen for a minute, Alistair would've had a charming smile on his face after reading the screen's content.
Thrilled, Alistair looked at the raccoon before him and said. "No, this is a power above both Divine and Mortal comprehension."
