Chapter 21 - A lesson in respect

After Marcy's comment, Eric expression stiffened. He quickly replied, please don't take my words seriously." I was ignorant of your position. Moore replied that it was too late. I gave you a choice to apologize to my friends, but you didn't take it. Now you have to deal with the consequences of your actions. Moore stretched fort his hand towards one of the Westside gangs, indicating what he wanted.

The man immediately handed Moore his baton. Moore, while holding the baton, immediately turned around looking at Dise and asking how  should I deal with him?. Dise felt her world was being turned upside down and she could barely hold her breath. Thinking about it for a while, she shylessly said to Moore. Please, Sir, I don't think I am powerful enough to punish him. Moore could only sigh while nodding his head to signal his understanding of her situation. Before turning towards Marcy. Before he could say anything, Marcy grabbed the baton from Moore's hand and proceeded straight to Eric's position. With a smiley expression on her face, she said to Eric, don't think I will be merciful" towards you.

Marcy doesn't believe in mercy towards anyone who has fought against her. The only way a brat like you can learn is to experience it and to know the world doesn't rotate around you. And for you to know that there is always someone more powerful than you. With that, she lifted the baton  and struck Eric's lower arm, thereby causing his left arm to fracture. Eric let out a powerful scream. The pain was unbearable for him.  He could only stare at Marcy with a cold demeanor. Marcy was smug and spoke again," I am doing you a favor. This is a lesson in respect. You need to learn to respect others. Don't think you are so high and mighty. Remember there is always someone who is more powerful than you or your family.

She lifted the baton and was about to strike again, when all of a sudden Eric spoke," My father will deal with you and your family if anything should happen to me.. Moore spoke this time, you still don't get it, is your family here to save you, or do you think your family name can save you? Your life is in our hands right now. So you had better behave, or you might just not make it out of here in one piece. Marcy's face hardened as she spoke to Eric. You can give your father or uncle a call. Maybe one of them can save you, since you still don't get it. Eric thought about it for a while before taking out his phone to call his father. When the phone rang, a voice was heard from the other end of the line. Eric, what is the matter? I am busy with work. Eric spoke out in a sober manner. Dad, I am in trouble. Someone who doesn't respect our family just broke my arm. There was a loud shout from the other end of the line before the voice became calm again. His father asked again, where are you right now?. Eric spoke I am at the Blue Moon restaurant. His father spoke again. I am coming to get you and deal with these people who dare hurt you. They wouldn't get away with what they have done to you today. Marcy asked Moore what should we do now while we wait for his father to arrive. The bystanders were all dumpfunded, especially the manager and Dise, who were frightened to their wits , thinking about what Roland Kelly will do once he arrives. Moore replied," Let's continue with our meal." I still haven't tested the wine.

After a while, Roland Kelly came barging in with about twenty skilled fighters. As he banged through the crowd, while noticing his son Eric sitting on the floor, he spoke in a loud voice," I am sorry for barging in like this, but I have a problem and I hope  we can solve it together. Roland exuded a confident demeanor.  Marcy snorted, before speaking" Yes, you are right when you said you have a problem, but the problem has to do with your son and is lack of manners. Marcy continued speaking, resolving it depends on you  and your son accepting the responsibility.

Roland's facial expressions became furious, but being a smart business executive, who has experienced the ups  and downs in life, he managed to force a smile out of the corner of his face. Roland spoke again," and said who the hell are you, to demand such of me. Who gave you the right to punish my son. He gave a stern look at the leader of the twenty skilled fighters he brought. Immediately he nodded in acknowledgment, meaning he understood what Roland meant.  The leader of the skilled fighters immediately turned to his men and ordered them to attack Marcy and Moore.

The men immediately took out their batons in a uniform  manner and started moving forward in a synchronized manner, but before they could reach Marcy and Moore , there was a loud clanging sound from behind which made everyone to turn around towards the direction of the sound. All of a sudden, their was Victor Von Domon standing at the rare end of the restaurant.Victor Von Domon was walking majestically from behind, towards the front. As he  strode towards the front he gave a quick glance at Roland as if saying," you are way over your head here. He walked up to Moore and gave him a complementary greetings. Hello Master, Moore, who had maintained a calm demeanor all this while, just nodded in acknowledgment.

Victor Von Domon was in a meeting when he heard the news about Roland and his twenty skilled fighters, and he decided to follow them to see what the commotion was all about. When he saw that Moore and Marcy were involved, he had no choice than to step in to defend his master. After nodding in acknowledgment, Moore took a seat and gestured to Marcy to sit down while he spoke to Victor Von Domon. I never thought I would see you again," Moore asked. Victor Von Domon replied, Master, I told you"I  will be back. I needed to take care of something, Victor replied. Moore spoke again. I will leave you to handle this matter. Victor Von Domon sighted in response before staring at Roland and his twenty men. Victor Von Domon exuded a fearless aura, spoke out in a loud voice, it seemed you have offended someone you should not have offended.
