Moore, this is Internia, or the Forever World - one of the many spiritual worlds in the spiritualverse. Internia is the original Eden," Katerina explained further. "Do you remember the story of how the world was created? Internia was the world the Creator made for man to live in before the fall of man. After the Creator drove man from this place, man has been searching for a way to return, but to no avail, except for a few. We are among the few who have been allowed by the Creator to set foot here again."Moore was confused and had a headache processing all of this new information. He immediately asked, because he was curious, "Who is this creator?" Katerina replied sternly and straightforwardly, "That is a question for another day. For now, just listen."
"For millennia, we have been protecting Internia from those who want to destroy or take advantage of its power. Since the fall of man, people have been seeking ways to reclaim their inheritance," Katerina continued, as Moore observed his surroundings in awe.
Noticing the serene atmosphere and the feeling of lightness in the air, Moore spoke in a calm tone, "The air here seems purer and lighter than in our world. Why do I feel like I can fly? It seems like the gravity here is weaker than in our world."
Katerina replied, "Everything about Internia is miraculous. To put it simply, this place is extraordinary."
Curious, Moore asked, "You mentioned that I have been here before. When was that?"
Taking a deep breath, Katerina replied, "In a previous life."
Puzzled, Moore asked, "Are you talking about reincarnation?"
Katerina shrugged and said, "More or less. I had hoped that by bringing you here, your memories would be stirred. Look around, doesn't this place seem familiar to you? All you need to do is remember."
As Moore pondered over Katerina's words, he sensed something approaching him. He looked around but couldn't see anything. He then looked up and saw a strange object flying towards him in the air. Adjusting his gaze, he saw what looked like a two-headed monster.
The two-headed creature seemed to have golden wings. One head looked like a dragon, while the other resembled a phoenix. All of a sudden, there was a surge of electricity in Moore's hippocampus and amygdala, located in his temporal lobe. From his memory, Moore yelled out a name, "Max!" The two-headed beast let out a furious scream and went into a deep dive towards Moore. Moore tapped his foot on the floor and took a great leap into the air, ultimately landing on Max's back. While in the air, he scuffled with Max a little before having a firm grip on him. Moore was so relieved; he felt his mind was at peace in the air. As they flew over a part of Internia, Moore spoke out to Max, the two-headed beast, "I have missed you, my old friend. I never thought I would see you again."
Moore was still experiencing the euphoria of flying on Max once again when he suddenly noticed another creature flying towards him. It was a big eagle-like creature with four silver wings flying majestically in the air. Moore only realized the true extent of his emotions when he noticed the person riding the beast - his heart skipped a beat. He saw Katerina riding the eagle-like beast, but she seemed to resemble someone else from his memory. "Was Katerina the female warrior from my memory?" he thought to himself. "Or was she someone else important to me?"
As these thoughts raced through his mind, Katerina spoke. "Do you remember now?" Moore was still as confused as ever. He could only say, "I barely remember who I am." Katerina could only shake her head in disappointment. Tears were threatening to fall from her eyes. Moore, feeling sympathetic towards her, asked, "Who are you to me?" Katerina's face remained impassive as she replied, "You wouldn't understand. You just have to remember to be able to grasp what is going on." Suddenly, Moore had another thought. She bears a striking resemblance to Theaphoenixcus...
Moore could still sense her strong gaze on him. He was feeling awkward now. He braved himself, walked towards her, and gave her a tight hug. He could feel steady yet hot tears flowing from her eyes. As they held each other in their embrace, Moore spoke again. "I can tell I mean a lot to you. Rest assured, I will do my best to remember," he tried to reassure her. Katerina mustered all the courage she had left to tell him, but she stopped herself, saying to herself that he wouldn't understand. All she could do was let out a loud cry while holding him tightly. After composing herself, Katerina spoke again. "Come, let's ride. There is something I want to show you." She led him to a place up in the mountains, flying around a mountain path. Moore felt a sudden jolt of emotions, especially bad memories. He couldn't explain it, but he felt like something bad had happened here. He felt unsettled, and even Max could feel his wavering emotions. Katerina, sensing his state of anxiety, explained.
Something happened five hundred years ago when our enemies broke the rules of Internia and turned it into a battleground. We fought here against the Dark One and his army. Moore asked, "Who is this Dark One?" Katerina replied, "He is nameless, the enemy of all humanity. He is death reincarnated, an existence we cannot avoid. He has a name we cannot say. He was created to help us, but he rebelled against the creator out of jealousy. The Creator gave us dominion over the land and everything he created." After hearing Katerina's explanation, Moore took a deep breath. He then asked, "So where is this ancient enemy of ours now?" Katerina replied, "In his domain, where he resides as lord." Moore asked once more, "I feel there is more to this story, especially the part that has to do with me. What happened to me here?" Katerina stared straight into Moore's eyes and said, "This is the place where you died."
