All three watched in silence as the masked figure disappeared out of view as he chased after Kim Ho-Sung. Tae-Seok paused the footage and leaned back on his chair.
"That's where the footage ends. They don't appear on any of the other cameras after this." He said as Dae-Bom sighed and muttered under his breath that Yeon-Hee didn't pay any attention as she was deep in thought about what she just saw. The figure was wearing the exact same bulky attire the "Chrysanthemum Killer" wore and If Yeon-Hee had not confirmed Park Si-Wan dead, she would have thought that he was back.
'But he's not. Park Si-Wan is dead.' She thought as she pushed the idea of that man to the back of her thoughts. She then began to focus on trying to formulate an idea on what had happened after the figure in black and Kim Ho-Sung disappeared away from any of the cameras. A loose idea quickly formed in her mind as she jolted up straight and walked back to her chair to grab her jacket.
"Find me a map of the area around there and send it to my phone along with the address of that place." She quickly ordered Tae-Seok.
"What are you going to do?" Dae-Bom asked, still not getting the picture. Yeon-Hee zipped up her jacket and took her I.D card out and placed it on her chest.
"I'll explain on the way." Yeon-Hee said, opening the door and leaving without shutting it. Dae-Bom stood there in silence as he sighed.
"Why does she never explain?" He said, pointing at the open door and turning to Tae-Seok who raised his shoulders and went back to the task he'd gotten.
…
After getting in the car and driving to the provided address, they arrive at the club where the confrontation took place. The area around was mostly full of double storey residential buildings. with some being random businesses.
Yeon-Hee had already explained the simple idea to Dae-Bom as they got out of the car, parked up a block away from it. The plan was simple: retrace and recreate the incident to understand what happened.
"We need to get inside there and learn the beginning of the incident, ask whoever was working that night about what happened and come find me." She said as they walked towards the club.
"What are you going to be doing then?" Dae-Bom asked.
"I'm going to find clues on where they went after disappearing." Yeon-Hee replied, pointing down the street.
"Good luck." Dae-Bom said as he walked ahead.
"You too." Yeon-Hee replied as she stopped at the intersection in front of the building and looked down at the road, taking out her phone and opening the map of the area and sighing.
"Let's do this." She whispered to herself, walking down the street in careful observation.
