As Adrianne cleared the place, Maria sat next to the door. Feeling peaceful that Jeffery didn't cheat on her with another woman, now she just have to confront his sister about it.
But what would she say to her. 'Oh I found out that you are lying by having a witch consult your brother from dead and I asked him myself,' doesn't sound like something she should say to her.
Maybe she shouldn't bother herself, but at least now she knows the truth that Jefferey's mom never likes her, and she can live her life with piece of information cause it does not take anything away from her.
"Are planning on heading back home?" Adrianne asked, and Maria nodded her head. Originally came here to talk to Micael and it seems that he isn't getting back till God knows when, so it's best if she goes back home.
It was also fun hanging out with Adrianne, she made her feel like a teenager playing about with an Ouija board, even though they never actually worked.
Adrianne escorted her outside to where her car was packed in the front part of the house. "So are you by any chance coming back here anytime soon?" Adrianne asked with a bit of hope in her voice.
"Of course I would come back. I need to find out who killed my fiancee."
"Good, cause I can help you with clues. Next time Micael would most definitely be here."
"Yeah of course, tell Micael that I said hi." With that Maria got into her car and drove off.
Adrianne stood there watching her go. "You can come out now." She called out to someone.
From the bushes appeared Micael who has been hiding watching the two of them interact.
"Where did you go to?" Adrianne asked folding her arms like a mother that was telling off her child.
"I just went to do a little patrol around the area. I didn't know that Maria would be around, I wonder why she didn't text me." He said the last part more to himself then Adrianne.
"Whatever, let's just go back inside before other rogues would come around."
"There are no rogues around this parts, for some few yards out. At least that's what my nose tells me."
"Your nose most be really sharp." Adrianne commented, Micael let out a sound as if he appreciated what she said.
They entered inside warmth of the house, as soon as they entered the rain picked up and became heavier.

*Some few hours ago*
"Ansel, why exactly are going inside the woods for?" Anna asked holding Ansel's hands.
"Nothing much, I just want us to have some privacy."
"But we can have plenty privacy at my place. We don't need to go inside the woods for that," Anna said her eyes looking at the tall trees that looks to be caving in on them. "Ansel I'm scared let's just go back. This place has too many wild animals walking around here."
Ansel stopped walking, he let go of her hand and turn around to face her. "Don't you trust me?" He asked.
Anna looked at him, the question he asked would require her to give him a vague answer. Does she really trust him enough to actually go inside a place that is very dangerous?
"No, I don't trust you." She was a cop at the end of the day and she needed to think things rationally. "Ever since we started dating you have been asking me to do some very weird things that makes me feel very uncomfortable, Ansel. And no I do not trust you."
It was as if something shifted in Ansel's face, which made her a bit scared but she had made up her mind that she wasn't going further down this path.
"You really don't trust me?" He asked tilting his head to the side, he sick twisted smile creeped to his lips. Anna felt fear shiver within her spine, this person wasn't Ansel in the slightest. She didn't know who this person was.
She took a step back and turn around, walking away from him. After walking some few steps away from him, she felt something pierce her back, she opened her mouth and blood came gushing out. She turned her head and she saw Ansel, his eyes glowing yellow. He looked almost beast like, his lips were up in a sneer.
Then he removed his hands from her back and she fell limp to the floor, the grass beneath being turn from green to red, soaking up the blood that poured from her injured body.
She felt cold, then suddenly she felt a drop of rain pour on her face, a pair of shoes came to her view. It was Ansel's, he knelt down to look at her face properly.
"You are still alive," his tone of voice was mocking.
Anna felt like as if the lights were about to go off. Is she how she was going to die? She never even get to do the things she always wanted to do. Who would take of Pamela, her pet cat? Who would feed her? What would she do if she ever found out that her owner is dead?
She just wished she spent more time with Maria, she wished she had more time to speak to Giovanni. So many things she wished for, and now she lay here on the cold earth about to die.
With the last strength she had in her, she stretched out her hands to hold Ansel, he might have been the one to kill her but she still loved him.
Ansel looked at her an amused smile appearing on his face. Even till she was about to die she wanted to hold him, how pathetic really.
He stood up, and kicked her face with his shoes, he heard a loud creak as her head was twisted to the other side. Making her body look awkward.
He looked at her laying there dead, the very next day a forest ranger would come and see her body and report to the local authorities.
The rain became heavy than usual, washing away the blood from the leaves. He felt tempted to eat, but at the same time he couldn't bring himself to do so.
He walked away from her, without looking back. It's such a shame that she died, he actually was developing feelings for her.
