Kai and Mike stood in the garage, gazing at the two luxury cars. Kai asked, "Which one do you think we should drive first?"
Mike grinned. "No bro, you choose. They're your cars!"
Kai chuckled. "Come on, just pick one!"
Mike pointed to the sleek, black Rolls-Royce Ghost. "Okay, let's take this beauty for a spin!"
As they approached the Rolls-Royce, Kai admired its sleek design. "Wow, look at this interior. It's stunning!"
Mike whistled. "This is insane, bro! The leather, the wood trim...it's like a private lounge!"
Before getting in, they parked the Mercedes-Benz S-Class on the side. As they settled into the Rolls-Royce, Kai's eyes sparkled. "This feels amazing!"
Mike buckled up, grinning. "We're living the dream, bro!"
As they pulled out of the garage, Kai's mom emerged from the house, eyes widening at the sight of the Rolls-Royce. "Wow, Kai! Is that you in that car?"
Kai smiled. "Yeah, Mom! Mister Reginald gave me these two cars. Mike and I are taking them for a test drive."
His mom chuckled. "Oh, really? You young boys and your toys, huh?"
Kai laughed. "Yeah, Mom. We'll be careful."
Mike added, "We're just going into town to check some things out, bro."
Kai's mom smiled. "Okay, have fun. Be safe!"
As they drove away, Mike whooped. "This is insane, bro! We're cruising in style!"
Kai grinned, feeling the rush of adrenaline. "Told you, Mike. This car is a beast!"
The Rolls-Royce glided smoothly through the streets, drawing admiring glances. Kai and Mike reveled in the thrill of their test drive adventure.
As they drove, Kai asked Mike, "Yo, Mike, where do we go first? Some restaurant or game shop?"
Mike suggested, "Let's go to the game shop in our old township."
Kai agreed, "That's a great idea, bro. Let's go there."
They navigated through the upscale township in their luxurious Rolls-Royce, drawing admiring glances. As they entered the older township, people stared in awe.
"Look at that car! Must be some rich folks or someone important," onlookers whispered.
Upon arriving at the game shop, Kai and Mike stepped out, greeted by familiar faces.
"Yo, Kai! What's up?" friends called out.
The shop owner, oblivious to their newfound wealth, welcomed them warmly.
Two young boys approached Kai, excitedly pointing. "Look, it's Kai! Small Kai!"
Brayton, a notorious bully from their past, emerged. His family's influential background had always intimidated Kai.
Mike sensed tension and suggested, "Bro, let's go."
Kai stood firm. "No, we came to play games and pool. We're not leaving."
Mike worried, thinking, "Brayton's a bodybuilder. How can Kai handle him?"
Brayton, attending a private school, had a reputation for trouble.
Kai faced Brayton calmly. "Yes, I'm a small guy."
Brayton sneered, "You're being cheeky now. Want to challenge you to a game."
Kai accepted, "What game? Call it, bro."
The stage was set for a showdown.
Brayton said, "Uh, choose pool. Let's play pool."
Kai agreed, "Okay, we play pool."
As they began, Brayton gloated, "What's wrong? We play, I win, you lose."
Kai smirked, "You think I'm gonna lose against you?"
Brayton sneered, "Huh, little bird? You think you don't know who I am? You always lose against me."
Kai shrugged, "Mm, it's boring. Let's play on a bet then."
Brayton's eyes lit up. "You want to make it interesting? I'll set the stakes."
"I'll never want to see you here again if I win," Kai proposed.
Brayton laughed. "And if I win, you'll give me everything you have."
Everybody gasped, knowing Brayton's exceptional pool skills.
Brayton declared, "Alright, let's play three games of 9-Ball. Winner takes all."
Kai nodded confidently. "Sounds good to me."
The game shop owner racked the balls, and the crowd gathered around the table.
Mike whispered to Kai, "Bro, are you sure about this? Brayton's a pool shark!"
Kai smiled. "Don't worry, Mike. I've got a plan."
The first game began, with Brayton breaking. The balls scattered, and Brayton pocketed two solids.
Kai focused, analyzing the table. He planned his shots carefully, executing a flawless combination.
The crowd cheered as Kai pocketed the 9-ball, winning the first game.
Brayton scowled. "Lucky shot."
Kai grinned. "Skill, not luck."
The second game commenced, with Kai breaking. Brayton struggled to find his rhythm.
As the game intensified, the crowd's excitement grew.
Kai and Brayton clashed in the second game, each shot intensifying the competition. Kai narrowly won, securing his lead.
Brayton scowled. "Hm, you win the second game? You cheated."
Kai shrugged. "I didn't cheat, bro. I just played."
Brayton sneered. "You think you can win against me? This is only the second game."
Kai smiled confidently. "Obviously, I've won two games. Let's play the last one."
Brayton's sweat dripped as he broke for the third game.
Kai focused, his mind racing with strategies.
"What's this? My new powers are absorbing information quickly," Kai thought to himself. "My hand and posture adjust swiftly; I can play with closed eyes."
With a flourish, Kai took the snooker stick, dunked the last ball, and placed the stick behind his back. He made a swift shot, and the crowd gasped.
Brayton's eyes widened. "What did he just do? That's impossible!"
The room fell silent, stunned by Kai's phenomenal skills.
Mike whispered, "Bro, how did you do that?"
Kai grinned. "Just focus and skill, Mike."
Brayton's face turned red with rage. "You can't beat me! No one beats me!"
Kai calmly replied, "Looks like I just did."
The crowd erupted in cheers, acknowledging Kai's victory.
Kai looked at Brayton and said, "I just beat you, bro. Time to leave. Remember our bet?"
Brayton sneered, "What bet? We were just playing, bro."
Kai insisted, "If I lost, you would've taken everything I have. That was a bet."
Brayton's face reddened. "You little brat! Who do you think you are?"
Kai stood firm. "Honour the bet, bro. Leave this place."
Brayton mocked, "You think you're the boss? You can't make me leave."
Kai repeated, "We made a bet. Leave fair and square."
Brayton threatened, "You don't know your place, boy. Stop being annoying, or I'll beat you up."
Kai said calmly, "Leave."
Brayton snarled, "You little brat, I'll beat you up!"
The owner, Mr. Jenkins, a stout man with a bushy beard, intervened. His scornful gaze settled on Kai.
"Kid, I think you should leave," Mr. Jenkins said.
Kai replied, "Me leave? No, we made a bet. Brayton should leave."
Mr. Jenkins warned, "Boy, I'm looking out for you. You can't stand up to Brayton."
Kai confidently said, "I'm not afraid of Brayton. He's just a sore loser."
Mr. Jenkins cautioned, "I'm saving you from doom, child. Don't make things difficult."
Kai insisted, "Brayton's being a loser. That's not my problem."
Brayton ordered his cohorts, "Take care of him. I won't waste my time on this little brat."
As Brayton's men stepped forward, Mr. Jenkins retreated, leaving Kai vulnerable.
Kai stood firm as one of Brayton's cohorts charged with a bat. The crowd gasped, anticipating the worst.
Mr. Jenkins, fearful of Brayton's influential father, remained silent.
Brayton's history of bullying and violence had gone unchecked, including a past incident where a child's bone was broken in the shop.
But Kai wasn't an ordinary child. He dodged the bat swing and landed a swift punch, sending the attacker stumbling back.
The crowd watched in awe as Kai caught the bat and sent the boy flying three meters with a subtle chi-enhanced push.
Brayton's eyes widened. "How did he just do that?"
The second attacker drew a knife, but Kai communicated telepathically, "Slip."
The boy's feet flew from under him, and he landed at Kai's feet, bewildered.
Kai declared, " Look you fell"
Kai stood firm, eyes locked on Brayton. "Are you giving up? Leaving now?"
Brayton snarled, "You think you can beat me? Today I'll break your bones, and nothing will come of it."
Kai replied calmly, "I don't need to beat you. Just leave."
The crowd marveled at Kai's bravery.
Brayton charged, striking at Kai's face. Kai dodged and sidestepped, evading each attack.
Brayton pulled out a needle, a ninja-like move, and threw it at Kai's face. Kai dodged, and Brayton's eyes widened in shock.
"How did you dodge that?" Brayton asked.
Kai scolded, "You're playing dirty, throwing needles. That's not right."
Kai flipped a coin at Brayton's fingers, striking true. Brayton yelped, clutching his hand.
"You did it first," Kai said. "I'm just paying you back."
Brayton charged, but Kai delivered a straight punch to his forehead. Brayton stumbled, fell to his knees, and collapsed.
As Brayton struggled to stand, Kai warned, "I told you to leave. You didn't want to."
Brayton pleaded, "Okay, okay, I'll leave."
Brayton and his cohorts fled the game shop, the crowd erupting in applause.
Mike approached Kai, awestruck. "Wow, bro, I never knew you were so amazing!"
Kai smiled, shrugging. "Just standing up for myself."
Mr. Jenkins, the shop owner, watched with newfound respect.
