"It really is beautiful here." Luna finally understood why Lyla took all those pictures as she gazed up into the night sky. The clear night sky above them looked just like a painting with its twinkling stars and large, clear moon that was on the verge of being full. The gentle night breeze ruffled her hair, cooling her off from the warmth the day had brought.
They had returned to the campsite after a day of hiking and swimming. Carl, after grabbing a bite to eat, left again, wandering off into the night, not leaving any word as to where he was going.
Isaac, Simon, and Lyla had retired for the night. Two of the three were worn out from the day's activities while Simon had been dragged away by a yawning Issac, leaving Luna alone with Mark.
