A gigantic bronze incense burner with an intricate pattern gave off a large amount of faintly sweet-smelling smoke that could really energize a person
The main hall was surrounded by eight red pillars wide enough to require three persons to hug each one. Several statues of fallen ancient hero were carved into the pillar in all sorts of poses while thrones were placed at the he top with several hidden figures sitted on them
Some were authoritative, some were threatening, and others looked vicious.
Their poses were so life-like, it was as if these carvings were actually alive.
A stern-faced middle-aged man wearing a yellow robe was right in the center
At that moment, the middle-aged man stood up and coughed twice quietly.
His gaze slowly swept across the entire area. His coughing wasnt loud, but it sounded like he was coughing right next to everyones ears. His authoritative gaze was so penetrating that invisible pressure filled the entire hall as everyone waited with bated breath for him to start
"Connect me to all the Night Walkers active within the HIA!" His voice was overlapping between a male and a female and completely emotionless.
"Establishing Contact!" A static voice sounded
Soon, around the black hourglass, tiny light particles started to appear one by one like stars in the dark sky, and soon, the number reached thousands.
"All the members are present!" The static voice rang again.
"Please note that according to the Unnamed Credo, only those at the pinnacle of Lord rank are allowed to cross the other side!"
"Those among you who have think are capable can stay while the others are free to leave and get back to your cultivation"
After the middle-aged man's announcement, many dark particles around the hourglass started to vanish one after another, and after a few minutes, only around two hundred of them remained.

After saying that, the middle-aged man simply sat back on his throne " May the eternal hands of Shadow guide you all"
Landrid along with all the remaining Night Walkers soul slowly disappeared as the radiance emitted, then, he began to shuttle away into the portal under the effect of the lights power
Suddenly in the sky above the Timeless City, an enormous hand slowly pushed open the portal and pressed down on the entire city
The speed of this Void Hand seemed to be very slow, but it was merely because it was too enormous, it was actually extremely fast as a silent aura directly encompassed and suppressed the void
Everyone gaped as the silhouette approached.
They felt like the God of Death himself was descending upon them.
There was no pressure, nor was there any sort of impressive imagery. In fact, there was nothing aside from the huge palm
Despite that, this moment was etched into everyone's minds, and they were all terrified.
The Middle-aged man still seated on his throne quickly stood up and carefully observed the approaching figure, and he even instinctively used his spiritual force to probe the figure, but the spiritual force simply disappeared.
The darkness was actually an abyss that swallowed everything, and to the middle-aged man, it felt like the darkness could devour him.
The black silhouette drew closer, and it was not long before it covered the Timeless City, and even the entire forbidden zone home to countless anomalies
It felt as though all sound had disappeared from this region
Sensing the dire situation, a scarlet torrent enveloped Landrid's soul and collided with the palm
In an instant, the force penetrated the palm and it's restraining power and broke through everything, instantly disappearing directly into the blue portal
Only faint ripples were left on the spot, no longer the same as before.
Of course, it wasn't just Landrid's, others near him were protected as well, but sadly not all managed to survive.
Before the huge palm had the time to rage, suddenly a shocking sword light directly appeared in the void of the Timeless City as it headed directly towards the huge palm
As soon as this sword light appeared, the color of the world changed.
Rumbling thunder echoed in this area like the roar of the an angry beast, as though it wouldn't allow this sword light to descend into the world.
However, it still descended
The sword light seemed to have crossed time and space, directly slashing over from the other end of the void
Boom- –
The two collided.
A terrifying aura spread out.
Immediately after
The darkness was torn apart, with a deafening boom and as the ring-shaped impact spread violently, the huge palm shattered into pieces.
The sword light tore through everything and ruthlessly destroyed the blue portal thus preventing the being from the other side from crossing over.
