The elves simple as they may be, were a peaceful and benevolent race of absolute 'do-gooders.', they called themselves such because they deeply believed that as servants of nature, they were incapable of committing crime.
Ruled by a council of seven elder Kings, the Kurdila being the head nation.
Slave to nature in every sense of it, some elves lived their lives in worship of 'Mother Hilderia' the so-called Mother Nature!
Others left, traveling the world to strengthen the elven arts.
Whenever Uleen heard this, he always chuckled.
He knew how and when the elves were created, he even knew why they were created.
How couldn't he? After all, he played a very important role in their creation, but he never claimed them as one of his creations.
The elves were a race of magic-incarnate creatures of the flesh made to serve Hilderia and purge out impurities with their uniquely gifted magic.
Tasked with this, the Elven nations made seven of them to be exact. The Kurdila, the Llargo, the Spinta, the Yetr, the Persenphonica, the Vertigo, and the Supran.
Each of the seven nations had different purposes but the end goal was the same: 'To serve Mother Hilderia' and did so with pleasure, though some were corrupt even those people wanted to 'Serve Mother Nature', they claimed that they were the best suited in doing so.
The Kurdila were the most popular of the bunch this was the kingdom where the great elf Adams himself was made.
The great ancestor of the elves Adams had seven children: Kurdila, Llargo, Spinta, Yetr, Persenphonica, Vertigo, and Supran.
It became the threshold for other elven nations.
The elves looked and dressed a lot like the humans the only key difference being the long pointy ears that they all seemed to possess.
The role of the Kurdila was simple: Bore the savior of Hilderia into existence. This seemed simple of a task to the ordinary, but it was quite a difficult thing to do.
It wasn't like the survival of the world depended on such offspring. Every life in the Kurdilan nation mattered because of the prophecy.
Then came the decree that no elven life should be taken unnaturally, and magic should not be abused.
The punishment was not death because obviously death to any elf no matter who died or who did the killing was prohibited. The punishment was way worse.
The current bloodline that was on the throne was the bloodline of Samuel III. The Samuel bloodline brought in four consecutive kings all being pure direct descendants of King Adams the great founding elf.
The Kurdila were a nation of swordsman they wielded swords that they imbued with their magics.
Samuel I was a master swordsman was rumored to be able to cut a single droplet of water in half before it touched the ground. It was this name that rebought the elven name back to the light.
Throughout history all the kings of Kurdila wielded different varieties of weapon, Adams wielded a scepter he used to store excess magic for later use.
The elves had a time in history when they blocked all contact with the outside world no one could enter.
The Llargo were a sister nation to the Kurdila as were all other elven nations, with powerful magic they used bows with powerful tips that they could use to enchant or dispel anything as they willed it.
Their role as Mother Nature's servant was purging. If something wasn't Hilderia's will these were the people that made such things go away. Things like abnormal biology, ancestry, or those who didn't abide by the laws of the land.
For people who hated the killing of their people the elves sure were hypocrites murdering people for the cause of this so-called 'Mother Nature'.
The Spinta were wand fighters.
Using a technique of the wand they could fire out lethal amounts of magical energy that could incapacitate or worst-case scenario kill their opponents.
Their role as Mother Nature's servant was simply to exterminate abnormal energy from any living thing or non-living thing purging it from the face of Hilderia.
The Yetr, Persenphonica, Vertigo, and Supran were a collective group of all-round combatants.
All the elves usually had intermarriages between the nations to produce powerful fighters, with the exception of the Kurdila.
The power of the Kurdilan royal was envied by the six other family, they all wanted it for their own. The Kurdila never married into other villages essentially keeping the bloodline pure till the come of the so-called prophesied Saviour was born.
Samuel IV is currently the king of Kurdila and all of Elf-kind.
Knowing what he was going up against he willingly became king to avenge his father. He was a King who had no respect for the elders.
How could he?
His father was a wise kind and did nothing wrong but they killed him because he didn't agree with marrying his son to another elven nation.
That event will have caused a great catastrophe and imbalance in the elf bloodline, leaving everyone no chance but to purge it out.
No one else saw it that way but him.
It wasn't like if he asked his son to go through the marriage, he would have done it anyway.
His son wanted to be an adventurer, go out and see the world, learn from it, and use the knowledge he learned to improve the elven kingdoms.
He wanted to take a stand and unify all of Elf-kind under one rule.
Samuel IV couldn't accept the fact that there was so much divide in his soon-to-be kingdom. It wasn't like they were any different at all.
The elves were all similar looking at them one wouldn't be able to the difference.
Nothing much could be said for most of the other elves except the Kurdila, the elves were known to all as the children of Hilderia herself, that being the reason they were so prosperous, these were the perfect examples of the favorite child of a family ending up spoilt.
They were all the same.
Why couldn't they all see it like that?
