"ENOUGH"
As soon as It said this all the chaos in Hilderia made way for It.
All on Hilderia heard Its voice, it was kind of hard not to.
This was the arrival of the King of the Night on Hilderia.
It stood as a worm in the path of the warring giants, even Utgard knew well not to move.
The voice came out of nowhere there wasn't exactly anywhere this beast could hide.
This was so long ago before the Beast realized Its hunger, before it knew of Its own curse, truly a tragedy indeed.
They dared not move.
Not a single soul. Whether the incapability of movement was of their volition, or it was paralysis it was between them and the beast Itself.
"Who is going to talk?"
The Beast asked and no one responded.
"WELL! Who is going to talk?"
It asked again, but this time the pure Lycans were already on the move.
The Lycans had their own side of the battlefield on the very lowest level of the peaks.
These Lycans were unaware of the power that they were about to go against, these pests were not even a problem for the monarch.
The great sword that he had was now floating on its own glowing great red resonating with his eyes. This sword seemed to have a mind of its own it began chopping the heads of the beast.
There was no going back, the beast saw even a twitch of a muscle as disobedience, no redemption, and there was forgiveness for anyone who wanted to take Its power.
"Disobedience is defiance and defiance leads to revolutions. I am not one to believe in such things", It said all this while Its sword went berserk.
Without a wielder, this great sword started decapitating Lycans after Lycan. "Do you see how debt is paid? YOU! pay for the sins of you people."
The dragons did not move because of fear, but because of their god complex.
In a calmer voice, it said "Who will speak? I will not repeat myself."
The people of Hilderia at this time did not know how to react. It wasn't like there was a stranger in their land stopping them from doing as they chose.
It wasn't like this man with the sexy skin, alluring voice, piercing eyes, and calming voice was trying to tell them what to do.
They couldn't and wouldn't stand for it.
Sensing a revolt It still chose to remain calm.
"Before you choose to carelessly lose your life, I will give you your first word of advice. Don't"
The Beast disappeared out of sight leaving one of the foolish Nord to burst into laughter.
"Who was the weak tiny thing? How dare he give the great Nord orders?", The random giant of the frost looked around to get some support from others.
He didn't receive such.
What he saw was shocking; the sympathetic looks of the Nord and even the Austr that he was just in battle with.
Even the "Great" Utgard did not move.
Why again were they looking at him like that?
The head of the random Nord was removed from its body before he knew that he was dead, and the Beast was then again seen on the shoulders of the Nord fallen comrade.
Where was this beast again?
"Like I warned you lots before, I will warn again.... DO NOT MOVE AND ANSWER ME!" it said before switching Its tone again "What is this battle for?"
The liquid essence then started to rain down splashing a deep purple on all it came in contact with. This was the moment.
This was the very moment It had Its very first taste of Hilderian essence, it was like a drug and as It fed, It felt that hollow feeling of hunger diminishing.
Utgard was furious but couldn't move.
The formerly fearless ruler of the Nord reduced to a simple child.
"You" pointing at Utgard "Let's be friends."
The environment was very chilly Utgard was secretly gathering ice to entrap the small enemy that had the power to take down the Nord, though he was power-hungry he wasn't that stupid.
"Let's try this again."
The dragons looked down from the top of the peaks with genuine confusion.
The beast levitates up to a higher atmosphere.
As it left contact with the giant, Its body slumped onto the floor causing a loud 'Boom!'
"Let this be known to all, Origin of time at my beck and call. Brother most loved serve me in this endeavor", massive amounts of chaos energy was dispelled by the Beast.
Its energy then entangled with the chaos that resided around Hilderia "Timus."
It was pure magic and an absolute spectacle.
To the amusement of the dragons, the flow of time slowed down until it came to an absolute stop. That was when the effect of time caught up with them.
All events that happened was reversed by 24 hours; the Lycans were not brutally slaughtered and so was the giant that crossed the path of the Beast.
After the process was over, he dispelled the choas and descended again. His third sword had shrunken into a gem on his forehead.
It watched the battle between the giants again.
Totally oblivious to the fact that their history was rewritten.
...
Longwang looked around feeling that something was off, but couldnt seem to find anything.
He had had enough of the prolonged conflict.
He stared back at his subordinate "Do not move."
He gave the order then he gracefully ran and dived off the cliff.
*Roar*
Lightning aura filled the air.
The power of this dragon was truly immense. He didn't have the paralyzing magical essence of the Beast, but his power was nothing to scuff at.
The moment he reached the ground he extended his pole to the ground causing massive devastation upon the land.
Heavy rubble filled the air so high-up that the giant was stunned.
"My people" he spoke to all the races "don't you think the bloodshed should end."
The battle paused; all the warring people look at Longwang in terror as if to shun him for getting in their fight.
He places his golden staff forward holding it with just one hand and his other hand was in battle stance.
His azure blue wings flailed in pleasure.
"I will be happy to reeducate you on a thing or two. Step forward if you dare."
...
The forgotten history of Hilderia was bound to remain a history till the end of time.
