The girl heard the sirens first. They sounded distant at first, like a lullaby from far away. But as the seconds ticked by, the sirens grew louder and more insistent, like an alarm clock that wouldn't stop blaring. She knew what the sirens meant, but she couldn't bring herself to move. She just sat there, frozen, as the sounds of chaos grew closer and closer.
The fire was a monster, devouring everything in its path. It licked at the walls, greedy for more fuel. The flames were an angry red, tinged with black smoke that billowed up into the sky. The air was thick with the acrid smell of burning wood and plastic, and the heat was almost suffocating. It was as if the world itself was being consumed by the inferno.
The girl sat in the middle of the chaos, unable to move. She watched as the fire spread, consuming everything in its path. She could hear people shouting and running, but she couldn't bring herself to join them. She felt numb, as if she was watching a movie instead of living through a nightmare. All she could do was watch as the flames grew ever higher, and the smoke ever darker.
The girl's parents were shouting at each other, their voices raised in panic. They were frantically trying to find a way out, but the flames were blocking every exit. The girl watched as her father turned to her, his eyes wild with fear. 'We have to get out of here!' he shouted, grabbing her arm. But the girl couldn't move, frozen by terror. Her father tugged at her arm, but she remained rooted to the spot.
As the fire raged around them, the girl's parents looked at her with hatred in their eyes. "You did this!"they screamed, pointing their fingers at her. "You started this fire!" But the girl just stared back at them, her expression cold and unrepentant. She had wanted this, she had planned it all, and now she was watching it unfold exactly as she had imagined. Her parents could do nothing to stop it.
The girl watched as her parents' faces contorted in fear and anger. They were powerless to save themselves, and they knew it. The fire was too strong, and there was no way out. They were trapped, and they knew it. As the flames grew closer, the girl felt a strange sense of satisfaction. She had finally gotten what she wanted. She had destroyed them, just as they had destroyed her.
The girl watched as the fire began to consume her parents. She could hear their screams of pain and terror, but she felt nothing. No sympathy, no regret, only cold satisfaction. As the flames closed in, she closed her eyes and waited for the end. She knew that this was the end.
The scene opens on a TV screen, showing a breaking news report. The reporter's voice is urgent and tense, as he describes the scene unfolding in front of him. "This is breaking news," he says. "We are getting reports of a fire in a residential area. The fire is spreading quickly, and emergency services are on the scene. Stay with us for updates as this story develops." The camera pans to show the burning building, the smoke and flames rising into the sky. It cuts to the crowd gathered nearby, their faces filled with fear and concern.
As the fire continues to spread, the death toll begins to rise. The firefighters are doing their best to evacuate the building, but it's a race against time. The news reporter is frantically trying to get updates on the number of casualties, but the situation is changing rapidly and the information is difficult to confirm. Despite the firefighters' best efforts, the fire continues to spread, and they're unable to save everyone. The crowd watches in horror as the building crumbles and collapses. In the end, dozens of people have lost their lives, and many more have been injured. The loss is profound, and the community is left reeling from the tragedy.

*Cough* *cough* *cough*
Lucy laid on the floor, unmoving. The building crumbling around her as the fire increases in intensity.
Save for the already fading coughs, she looked just like the dead bodies around her, covered in soot and ash.
Her consciousness wavering as her life flashes before her eyes.
Except,
She doesn't recognize these memories.
"Ah , must be my previous life" she thought.
" I'm burning to death now too, isn't that iconic." Her eyes slowly lose their light as she finally let's out her dying breath.
And then pain.
She can't scream, don't have the strength. Multiple bright lights are blinding her as they zoomed by.
"Over here, she's the only survivor, get the medics. We're losing her." She hears voices.
"I ... survived "
And then darkness .

It happened around seventy years ago, the world was bathed in a blue light and immediately after, a few humans started developing supernatural abilities .
Each of the humans claimed to have heard a question resonate deep within their souls,
\WHAT IS YOUR DESIRE\ . Depending on their answer they gained unique abilities to fulfill said desire.
With about forty percent of humanity undergoing this phenomenon, earth was on the brink of a new era.
However, nothing ever goes as planned. Twenty years later. There were people who could not contain their desires and ended up swallowed by them, losing control of their humanity (mentally and physically) and wrecking havoc on the world.
Those who had lost the battle against their desires and turned into monsters were known as the Fallen.
While those who had not only tamed their desires but refined their powers were hailed as Agents.
And then there were those who gained power by defeating and eating the heart of the fallen, they were known as the Hunters.
And so began the battle for supremacy between these three powers, this battle would rage for fifty years. That was until the irregularity appeared.
