The room was so quiet that only the rustling of trees and the crinkling of paper was the only audible sound that could be heard. The winds were blowing fiercely which brought cold air into the room making the room so cold and freezy.
''I'm cold'' Tesa said as she was shivering.
''Yeah, the weather is not friendly at all'' Annie commented.
''I check the weather forecast today, it's gonna be windy tonight and there will be little showers of rain'' Earnest replied.
''Oh, I now understand, that's why you've got an umbrella and a jacket beside you'' Ronald said.
''Yeah, I brought it just in case the showers turn to hail'' Earnest responded.
''Why didn't you put on a jacket as you know we'll be studying still 9:00'' Annie scolded her.
''I literally forgot to wear or even take it'' she answered with a shaky voice.
Ronald got up hastily, removed his jacket and placed it on her. As he puts the jacket on her she turns her head and watches him with her flashy and bright green eyes.
They stay in that position for some time until earnest hits the table. This brings them back to their senses and separated.
They feel a little bit awkward for some time but they get over it and continue studying.
''How time flies, it's already 9:00'' Earnest said.
''We must get going before it becomes too dark outside'' Annie said
''yeah, I agree'' Tesa responded.
Tesa removed the jacket around her shoulder, giving it to him but he refused saying she should keep it and give it to him tomorrow at school.
They packed their books into their bag packs and hit the street heading home. At a point they all took their turns and got to their destinations safely.
Annie reaches home to see that drake was still not yet home so she tried calling him but it wasn't going through. Within a twinkle of an eye, she was already sleeping on the recliner with her phone on her chest.
The knock on the door was so loud that it could wake her up from sleep but it didn't. Stella continued knocking door but it was to no benefit, she began to shout Annie's name.
"Annie, Annie!" she screams
Annie makes some signs of movements and says to herself (why am I hearing someone shouting my name in my dreams) but still didn't wake up.
Due to stella's consistent yells she finally notices her screams she gets up and sits upright on the chair.
Without paying attention to the voice, she begins nagging saying.
''Why do you have to come so late; you've ruined my beauty sleep'' she said with a drowsy voice as got she was walking towards the door dragging her feet on the floor
Stella kept on knocking the door and Annie got fed up and shouted ''I'm coming, can't you have patient''
She opens the door and to her amazement she saw stella
''Hi'' I said astonished.
''Hi, your brother is outside, come help me carry him inside, he's a bit intoxicated''
She closed the door behind her and walked straight towards him.
Annie exclaimed ''Oh my gosh, he stinks, covering her nose''
''Yeah, he drunk too much liquor'' Stella replied.
Stella and Annie struggled but eventually brought him inside and placed him on the sofa.
'' I'll be heading home, good bye'' Stella said.
''Yeah, bye, see you tomorrow'' Annie replied with a warm smile.
Annie went to her room laid down and slept. Some few hours later she woke up as it was already 6:00. She washed up and dressed for school.
She goes to the kitchen gets breakfast done and some peppermint tea for Drake,
After eating she packs the dishes into the washer, swings her bag on shoulder and walks towards Drake who was still sleeping like someone that's never slept before in his entire life
She taps him softly saying
''Wake up wake up, it's already 7:00''She mellowed.
''Okay, I'm awake, go to school before you get punished'' he said with a sleepy voice.
''There is peppermint tea on the table, remember to drink it''
''Okay bye''
''Bye''
