Hazel readied herself to meet the raven, holding the spear in an offensive manner.
As the raven reached Hazel, she stabbed at it, as she moved from the left to the right to avoid getting caught.
The raven was strong, and her hands felt numb on every hit but Hazel was relentless.
She was no weapon specialist but she used the spear effectively to keep the raven away from her.
Until she couldn't, not anymore.
The raven had abruptly charged at her, scratching wildly with its talons, and Hazel was forced to block with her spear. But that led to the weapon breaking in half.
"Fuck."
Hazel cursed. The Raven attacked once more and Hazel threw one of the broken piece at her. But with the raven agility, she casually dodged the attack.
