Helen and Kayle held lit lamps as they traversed through the cave. Kayle kept looking backward as if she had forgotten something, while Helen, in contrast, had her sight forward, her heart pounding within her chest.
The rogue she saw massacre the girls had left such a terrifying impression on her mind, and Helen couldn't stop shaking.
'He was definitely a Blessed One,' she thought. He had some sort of blood ability which he used mercilessly to tear through everyone at the hot spring, and he hunted, laughing like a deranged lunatic.
Helen couldn't forget the haunting look he gave her when their eyes met. It was the look of a predator, one that said 'I'm coming for you'.
"Mum, is leaving a good idea? Maybe we should go back," Kayle said, looking nervous.
