Rebekah POV

"What the hell is that sound?" I muttered to myself, feeling all boggled down and drowsy as I'd just woken up.

I looked up, but I was only quick enough for a glance at the silhouette of a man in chains being taken away by a guard. I hear the vacant cell opposite me being opened and the men being locked inside. I expected to hear grunting as well as other signs of struggle but he seemed surprisingly calm.

As soon as the guards were out of there, I asked one of them. "who is that? What Is going on here?"

"It doesn't matter. Just a criminal." A guard casually says, and leaves.

I for some reason, got goosebumps after hearing those words but I ignored it and carried on with what I was doing.

My meals were given to me on time and I spent more time, however, knitting to fill up the spaces.
