Rebekah POV
"However close a bond we have with each other as mates, I would like you to also pay attention to what it means to be a Luna. And for now, I'm going to train you and teach you some few things, but ultimately, I'll send you to a woman that has been here for years. She will teach you all the guidelines about leadership and what it means to be Luna."
"What about our bond as mates?" I asked.
Reagan smiled and then he patted my head softly. "You're cute. We'll talk about that when you're fully recovered. Plus, I don't want to over burden you with responsibilities when you only just said yes to being my Luna."
I looked Reagan in the eyes, trying to make sense of who that he was but nothing made sense. Nothing ever did. All I knew now was that in the moment, he was perfect.
"I hate this sort of thing." Reagan grabbed the sheet containing his ugly looking calligraphy and showed it to me.
