The difference is huge, the energy between heaven and earth the world, makes them able to fight and even practice smoothly. That is not the case when they leave their home planet, the energy present is difficult for them to absorb.
It is also why they only leave when they have mostly developed into energy bodies or soul bodies as some would call it.
Emily continued, "To improve in the Internal Introspect stage is not difficult, but one has to make sure they have enough energy to support this process.
