Chapter 2 - Chapter 2 – Memories.

"…."

"Ugh."

"!"

"Oh? You woke up?" – the unfamiliar male voice spoke.

The boy slowly opens his eyes.

"Where? Who?" – asked the boy.

The boy realized that he was laying on the bed. On his right, he saw an unfamiliar man, while on his left side, he saw his maid.

"Am I in my room?" - said the young boy.

"Yes. You passed out while walking through the mansion. Your maid picked you up and carried you to your room and called me to check on you." – replied the man with the glasses.

"How do you feel? Do you feel exhausted or anything. Or do you feel like its hard to move or breath?"

"…."

"No. I don't think so."

"Hm. Well then, let me ask you something. Can you feel your mana?"

"Let me check."

The boy put his hand on his chest.

"…"

"Yea. I can feel it."

"Is there more than usually by any chance?"

"…Well, I think so?"

"I see. Well madam, it isn't probably anything serious. It maybe just mana overcharge syndrome." – replied the man wearing the glasses.

"Oh, thank god." – said the boy mother.

"Excuse me, but am I okay?" – asked the boy.

"Yea. Don't worry. Everything will be fine." – replied the man.

"Now, could you please use some simple spell. Nothing grand or big, just a weak and small spell."

"Okay."

The boy extended his hand and when he did that, the brown magic circle appeared. In front of the circle, a small peddle appeared from thin air that grew in size until it became big as the boy hand.

"Okay, that enough."

"Now listen to what I'm about to say. From time to time please repeat this spell around in the middle of the day and before you would head to the bed. Do that for about the week."

"If you feel any changes like you feel too much mana inside of your body or any symptoms like your body feeling heavy or your body feels tired, please inform your maid about this."

"Madam, your son shouldn't have any problem. As long as he fallows what I told him to do, everything should be fine. I will come check on him week later to see if he is fine."

"But just in case, it maybe better if the boy doesn't leave the mansion for a week, just in case something unforeseen happens."

"Okay, thank you doctor." – replied the boy's mom.

The man wearing glasses got up from the chair and left the room.

"Thank god it was that. I almost got worried it was something very serios."

"Anyway, just do as the doctor said and everything will be alright. Mommy needs to go right now, so take care."

The woman approached the boy and stroked his head before moments later leaving the room.

"Bye mom. Have fun." – said the boy.

"…..."

(I remember.)

(I remember it all.)

Uri Vvirian.

He was a side character in the "Unwritten Tale".

Uri originally appeared in the later parts after few years passed after the seal was broken that imprisoned the MC and the other survivors.

The story took place when the MC arrived to the Ilijin Kingdom. He manage to find a clues related to the mysterious monsters that destroyed the kingdom he lived in and killed his friends. He went to the Ilijin kingdom in order to find an old ruins that were recently discover by the adventurer guild.

On his way to the guild, he ended up running into a group of nobles bullies that were beating up some newbie adventurers. One of those newbies adventurers was would turn into the main character comrade in the story arc.

Uri was a shitty brat bastard that though he could do anything he would want, but he got beaten up in the duel against the MC. He though that the main character was a weakling, but he got owned instead.

The main character didn't went serious against him, he just beaten up with his fists to the pulp. No magic or anything, just fists.

That moment was just to show off how good main character became to the point that he had no need of magic or anything just to beat a cocky bratt.

After losing the duel, Uri tried to sneak attack the main character, but the main character didn't cared, he just dodged his attack and smashed his face against the ground.

After that incident, the Uri Vvirian wasn't mention at all for a long time, until the story arc called "Arc of lies."

The main character during that story arc returned back the Ilijin kingdom. He came to that kingdom to talk with the alchemist named Ie. However, before he could do that, an emergency quest appeared.

Apparently, there was sudden disappearance of group of the knights, a nobles as well as adventures.

One of the people that went missing was Ie, the alchemist that the main character was looking for.

The main character was forced to look for him, but that was a distraction made by the antagonist.

While the high ranking adventures left the capital city, the enemy invasion took place. The adventures and the main character went back, but were stopped by the Uri who got turned into a monster.

Apparently after Uri got beaten up publicly in that match by the main character 4 years ago, everything went down hill for him. Everybody realized that he was just a weakling, a bully that only bullied weaker that himself to make himself look strong.

He lost his reputation, he lost the respect. Even his own parents were disappointed in him. His own father forced him to work non stop after that, so he can learn what the hard work really means.

Humiliation and greed for power was enough for him to be manipulated by the antagonist.

He made Uri release the ancient demon in the exchange for the power. Uri drunk on the power, sneaked into the city and destroyed the gates from within, he then went and murder his parents with the help of his minions.

He then tried to kill the main character, but the story repeated itself, he thought he could take him on when he was drunk on power, but instead he got turned into punching bag. Even when he was crying and beginning, the main character didn't stopped and killed him very brutally.

And that is how Uri Vvirian met his end.

Uri Vvirian was …... Well, an extra. He wasn't somebody special or something. He could not be called an antagonist or anything. Even during his second encounter with MC, the one who did most fighting were minions he got from antagonist.

He was just a side character that only existed was for the main character to flex his power and gets beat up.

Anybody could take his role. He was a nobody in that world.

(And by look of things I became him. Just my FUKIGN luck.)

(He wasn't really that remembered character, since he got destroyed like nothing. It was even revealed later on he was nothing more that idiot that was manipulated by the antagonist.)

(It took a bit for me to remember him because of how easy to forget character he was. I think I only remember him at all was because when I played the game, it was satisfied beating him up.)

(This is probably the worst person to be reincarnated as. I mean, he was a weakling, scumbag, bratt, trash, prideful and a bitch.)

(For fuck's sake. At least reincarnate me as one of the more well known characters. Even the antagonist would do.)

"Ah…..."

"Young master?" – the maid looked at the young boy with the worried look.

"Sorry, but could you please brew me a tea and bring it to me?" – asked the boy.

"Ah! Yes! I will be right back."

The maid got up and quickly left the room.

"…."

(Well, I cannot really complain now, because I'm the Uri Vvirian.)

Besides the memories of my previous life, I have MY memories. The memories of the Uri Vvirian.

I wasn't suddenly reincarnated or something, I just lost my memories. I lived as Uri Vvirian my entire life.

Yesterday before I went to bed, I felt weird. Mana inside of my body felt heavy. I didn't went to sleep back then, I lost conscious because of the mana overcharge symptom.

[Mana overcharge syndrome]

[Sometimes a bodies children with bit mana affinity for any specific element will automatically try to recover mana while their own mana reserves inside of their body is still full.]

[The too big amount of mana that the child could carry would slowly makes problems for the child later on, since children can't carry too much mana beyond their power for even a short period of time. Its easy to deal with this problem by just using the mana here and there by some spells, until the child body calms down and stops automatically trying to recover.]

(It sometimes happens to the children when they are very young, but that is never anything serious. It is only problematic when the child has too much mana inside of their body to the point where it could damage their body. There was once a moment in the novel where a child with lots of mana had the same problem as me, but much serious because of how much mana it had. I only lost my consciousness, that child almost died in the novel, big difference.)

(I don't know if it can be called be a blessing, but getting knocked out by the mana overcharge syndrome, somehow manage to awaken my memories from the previous life.)

(By the look of things, it also made me temporary forget my own memories.)

(When I finally manage to remember my own name, the mana overcharge syndrome got me again. This time, after I awoken, I remembered everything. My past life and my current life.)

"But honestly speaking, how the fuck does that work?"

"When mana overcharge syndrome got me, it felt like my brain was put in blender while my hearth was being punched by a boxer."

"Does experiencing lot of pain makes you remember stuff from your previous life?"

"Or was it because I got knocked out cold?"

(Does that really makes any freaking sense?)

(I mean, right now I'm the world where magic, dragons and other stuff exits.)

(So, maybe this is a logic of this world or something?!)

(But how exactly?! I have so many fuking questions right now.)

(Maybe it was cause by the mana overcharge syndrome. But that thing is quite common among the children.)

(Maybe it was doing of some sort of god and he plans to use me as his toy or maybe a tool for his own gain?)

While the boy was thinking about what in the actual fuck is going on, he heard a knocking, before moments later the maid that left before came back with a cup of tea.

"Sorry for the delay. I brought the tea."

(Dealy? Woman you literally just left moments ago.)

The maid name is Allie.

She is my personal maid that was assigned to me ever since I turned 5. She is commoner, but there is no real discrimination in the house against commoners or anything.

(If anything, the one who looked down on the commoner was Uri in the novel.)

(She wasn't never mention in the novel or appeared in the game, did something happened to her? Or by ant chance, did "Uri" did something to her?)

"Thank Allie." – said the boy while taking the tea from the maid.

(Anyway, now that I remember everything…... What the hell I should do?)

(I don't want to become the same trash as the Uri in the novel that is for sure. If I would became that version of me, I would just die the same way as he did.)

(But how will that affect the story?)

(What would happened if "Uri" disappears.)

(Hm? Wait, would my disappearance affect the story in any way in the first place?)

(Uri was a side character that wasn't special or anything.)

(During the bullying scene, he wasn't the only noble on the scene, so one of them could take my role and when Uri release the seal, he wasn't really needed. There is a lot of greedy and stupid people in the world that could have done that as well.)

(Technically speaking. Me just disappearing from the story would not affect it at all.)

(I'm not needed at all in the story.)

(Hm? Wait. Why I should care about the story in the novel at all? This isn't a fictional world of the "Unwritten Tale" but a reality.)

(Will everything even happened exactly the same just like it did with novel? We are not talking here about the fictional characters anymore but a real people.)

(….)

(Yea. Fuck it all. This isn't a novel or anything but reality.)

(I mean, why should I stick to the story in the first place. I ain't fuking letting anybody my story. I will write my own story.)

(However, it's not like I want to become the main character of the "Unwritten Tale" or anything. I don't want to live a life written by someone. And even if I had opportunity to be one, I would probably not take it. Being main character seems annoying.)

(Maybe slow life?..... I don't know really. Honestly, I don't really know what I want to do.)

(Maybe I should became an adventurer? It may sound like fun, but it also dangerous in this world, but it may be worth it.)

(Honestly speaking, I just live my own life.)

(But this is a world of the where the story of the "Unwritten Tale" takes place. And this country, this city will be in danger sooner or later. I could just run, but this doesn't mean that I would be still safe.)

(I need to get stronger, so if anything happens, I can take it on.)

(On top of that, the "Unwritten Tale" did not finished yet and there maybe stuff or people that originally weren't even mention in the novel, but still could be consider somebody special or powerful.)

(Who knows? Maybe something like some sort of evil dragon overlord that wasn't mention at all could just appear and kill everybody or maybe I could encounter by accident the person who could involve her self deeply into the story, but I would not know it since she wasn't written yet?)

(What I need right now is power. I need to make my self stronger as much as possible if something unexpected were to happened.)
