Early in the morning as breakfast was being made a young maid made her way to the cute orphan girls room. But as she opened the door a sight that she had not expected at all was there before her.
Within a single king-sized bed the orphan girl and the Crown Prince were entangled together as they slept there in such peace. The prince held the small girl against his chest as he simultaneously had his right leg over her protectively.
To the young maid it seemed like two lovers sleeping within one bed, but surely not, the two were two young right? But the thought of this was enough to make the young maid gasp in shock, what a scandal this was if it ever got out. And so she kept quiet and quickly went to inform the Queen and the Kaiser of this.
So as the two youngsters slept peacefully in one anothers embrace they were soon visited by two new shocked onlookers.
Kaiser Wilhelm seeing this scene seemed ready to burst in anger, not at the girl, but the boy who so brazenly had climbed into a girls bed during the night. But the Queen seeing this quickly held the man back and emphasised caution, seemingly forgiving the actions for the sake of the young girl who was but a lonely orphan.
And so the door closed and the two were allowed to sleep in peace, until finally Prince Wilhelm awoke. But the boy didn't move and merely stayed in place enjoying the feeling and scent of the girl within his arms.
Lili completely unaware of all of this lazily just stretched her little body within Wilhelm's arms, as she then let out a little yawn and opened her eyes to the sight of the nice Wilhelm smiling at her so sweetly. And with such a gentle voice he asked her in German. "Did you sleep well Lili?"
For whatever reason the words made her little heart feel so warm as she happily answered. "Yes, how about you Wilhelm?"
With a smile Wilhelm happily said. "Just call me Willy, and yes I slept quite well as well."
And though she said this with a smile on her face, there was a feeling of worry within her. For within her dreams she had travelled back to the life before this and been reminded of all its stories. Stories told within the lizardmen temple by their carvings on the temple walls, carvings that seemed to speak of them arriving on that planet from some other planet. Some planet that had been destroyed by some horrors in space.
Then there was the story of that world's version of the Bible told within the temples of Sighard. A story that she had never before really taken too much interest in, but it was a story that had implied that humanity had in fact arrived on that planet from the stars and not originated there.
And even the orcs had come from the stars as had most of the other fantastical creatures of that world. So if they had come from some other place then was that world and that life merely a glimpse of some distant future of humanity then and not an alternative reality? Could it be that those same creatures and races were just waiting somewhere within the stars for her to rediscover them again?
And if so then what could have possibly caused humanity to escape to that world and lose its technological knowledge? Where was the rest of humanity and what had happened to it?
And if so, then maybe could her first life and the second have merely been Gods way of showing her what was to be if she didn't change it all now? Maybe she was just thinking too much about it and wrongly remembering the facts, but what if she wasn't? Then could it be that she had not only been sent back in time to not only change Hitler, but she was to change the future of humanity as she knew it?
Well maybe she was being a bit too speculative and arrogant to think that she would be given such a task after all the bad she had done in the past. But then again it wouldn't hurt to go all out and do whatever she could to change the future of mankind. First she needed to make this Prince Willy into the strongest and best possible prince that he could be, for she could obviously not save humanity alone and needed allies. And not just any allies, but people like a freaking Prince who held power and influence in this world.
And seeing as no maids were present within the room it seemed that it was now up to her to take care of this boy. So with her lead the two of them went into the bathroom to brush their teeth and to Willy's surprise Lili then demanded that they take a bath together.
Although the boy immediately protested by saying. "What? No way we can't do that. Your a girl and, and, my father will never accept me doing such things. Besides isn't an unmarried man and woman being naked together a sin?"
Thinking on it for a second Lili merely shrugged her shoulders lightly as she said. "It's only a sin if there is lust involved. And we are friends and not adults, so no its not a sin, its completely fine. Just trust me Willy it will do a lot of good for you. After all it is said that a little bit of skinship is a great way of getting to know one another, plus it's said to build up one's confidence which is just what a crown prince needs, is it not? After all isn't a Prince supposed to be confident in himself and not afraid of anything, especially a little girl like me. So come on Prince, take off your clothes and show me what you've got or are you too scared to?"
Though Lili being a boy in her past knew the concerns of this boy. Obviously it was not an easy thing to reveal once self especially the first time around, but luckily Willy did take her up on her challenge and quickly began to undress.
And though he was shy at first he honestly had no reason to be so. In fact the boy was clearly growing really well for a boy his age and Lili made sure to tell him that as encouragement as she said. "Not bad Willy, not bad at all. I'm sure your future wife will be more than pleased with you. Now get in the bath already and let me scrub your back."
And as she said this she then quickly unrobed herself without any shame to the boys shock. His eyes were wide and mouth a bit open as he looked her up and down and then his eyes landed on her chest as he confusedly said. "Huh, why are yours flatter than mine? Aren't girls supposed to have big round and soft bags of flesh there? I thought that you would have something more?"
Hearing this Lili for whatever reason felt outraged at the comment, surely the boy wasn't being serious? Oh but how could he say such a thing? Quickly placing her hands over her private parts Lili kicked at Willy's feet as she said. "Shut up you jerk and get in there already! My chest is still developing ok."
As if not knowing any of this the boy merely laughed awkwardly as he said. "Oh I see."
Then as he got into the bath she climbed right on after him and started their little bathing session. Although Willy was acting offly shy as he held his hands between his legs trying to cover his little friend as she washed his back. But it didn't matter for Lili had her own plans here, other than forming a closer bond with the Prince and hopefully making him a much more confident of a man, she also wished to activate his powers.
To do this she focused her powers once more within her eyes and then touched his naked back as she looked for his core there within him. And though it was faint she quickly did find it there and in return it seemed to start pulsating a little in reaction to her. It almost seemed like it was happily welcoming her to come inside which was just what she did.
Pouring her magic within Willy's back she reached out to his core and like blowing hard into a fire she slowly started to make it burn more brightly. And as it began to burn Willy's body also started to change into a slightly brighter colour under her magical eyes.
But no matter how hard she tried to strengthen Willy's core and see it connected to his body she just couldn't do it. She was too weak to do it and Willy was totally uncooperative in doing it as he wasn't even aware of the whole thing.
Either she had to grow in strength or Willy needed to wake up to his powers and soon, but could she really trust him with this. Well she wanted to trust him and so she carefully asked. "Willy, can you feel anything here within the center of yourself? Like a light or a spark of power or something?"
Hearing her words Willy merely shrugged his shoulders as he said. "Hmm, well it feels warm and your hands do feel quite soft against my back, but could you please move it along. You've been holding the same position for a while now and we really should go, father and the others are probably already eating breakfast by now."
Willy was right, her scrubbing of his back was probably quite odd as she didn't move her hands much at all, plus they were taking their sweet time here. So with that in mind Lili quickly moved to wash the Princes back and head, but when it came to the front he actually refused her.
"What, why not? Come let me wash you what's the problem? Trust me you don't have anything to be ashamed of." Lili argued, but Willy merely kept his hands covering his little friend as he yelled back at her saying. "Me being ashamed is not the problem here Lili. I don't know what kind of an education you have been given here in England, but I have to draw the line somewhere, and no I'm not cleaning you. You can do that yourself."
As Willy said this, Lili could only watch in shock as the boy stepped out of the bath and abandoned her there. Outraged Lili yelled at him in protest. "No fair, I cleaned your back you at least have to do the same for me."
But Willy didn't listen as he quickly ran out of the bathroom leaving her to clean herself on her own. Luckily Lili did take notice of the maids work the other day and so after washing her hair and drying it she managed to tie it nicely into twintails. After which she hurried to dress within her maid outfit and ran after Willy towards the dining hall.
And once again as Lili entered the dining hall she found it to be filled with more talk about colonial politics. Kaiser Wilhelm seemed conflicted on how to manage the colonies and seemed to be leaning towards a harsh stance against the natives, while Heinrich as an admiral seemed more concerned about costs of maintaining these overseas colonies and the costs that came from the supply lines to these colonies, while Queen Victoria kept a neutral stance and talked of respecting the colonised peoples, their culture and religions.
Heinrich's wife Princess Irene on the other hand was holding a cute little toddler on her lap as she fed him, while Prince Willy or Wilhelm merely listened attentively to his father. But as Lili came and took a seat next to Willy the Kaiser and Queen immediately took note of her.
Food was brought before her which was normal food this time with a few eggs that she really appreciated. But before she could start eating the Kaiser looked to Willy and asked seriously. "So I take it you two slept well?"
Willy hearing this seemed a bit distressed as he laughed awkwardly and said. "Hehe, yeah sure. How about you father?"
The Kaiser didn't seem happy as he heard this as he said a quick yes and continued to stare at Willy seriously while tapping his finger on the table.
Lili merely watched this scene with curiosity as the Queen then intervened by saying. "Oh let it be, the boys still young and nothing happened. Isn't that right Wilhelm?"
Nodding his head at this Willy immediately said. "Yes of course. I merely wished to comfort Lili as all and merely keep her company as she is alone like you know. I swear father, my intentions were wholly pure last night."
Listening to Willy say these last few words Lili could immediately sense that he was lying, but why? Then the Kaiser's eyes suddenly turned to her as he asked. "You seem like a smart young girl Lili, so do tell me what are your intentions with my son?"
To this Queen Victoria immediately reacted by saying. "Oh stop it Wilhelm, your being absolutely ridiculous. She's just a girl, although a smart girl at that, but still way too young for you to be concerned about such things with her. Just let her be."
But despite saying this the Kaiser merely continued to look to her for an answer and so she quickly answered by simply saying. "Well were friends Willy and me, and I'm also his personal servant and as his servant I wish to help Willy to grow into the best possible prince that he can be."
Though she said this without hesitation she quickly noticed that her using the name Willy for Wilhelm seemed like a mistake. The Kaiser didn't seem pleased, the Queen seemed shocked as did the others around the table while Willy seemed a bit ashamed.
Then the Kaiser spoke again as he seriously asked. "So you intend to help make my son into a great Prince. Well tell me Lili, how would you for instance handle the colonies? How would you bring stability to them and stop the natives from constantly rebelling?"
Immediately the Queen face palmed herself, Heinrich seemed intrigued, Irene merely raised a questioning eyebrow at the Kaiser, Willy looked to Lili expectingly while the onlooking servants held a neutral expression.
But Lili on the other hand found this question to be quite interesting, for it was something that she had dealt with in her past life. After all she had dealt with the native lizardmen, she had mostly passified the elves and gotten some use out of them, and lastly she had managed to build a business and rule over a territory for some time. It was a brief time filled with lots of violence, but in the end it was sort of successful and without her father she might have actually succeeded in doing something great there. Although it wouldn't have been great for humanity, but nonetheless she had some experience about handling territories and so she honestly said.
"Well the way I see it is that in order to understand the natives reasons for rebelling you have to try and see the situation from their perspective. For instance how would you feel if suddenly a bunch of natives came to Germany, took over the government, started forcing people to work for them for a nonexistent wage, then they forced their religion and culture upon you? Well obviously you would not stand for this and so you would stand up in rebellion.
But then how do you force your language, religion, culture and ways of life upon these natives then? How do you make them work for you without them always complaining, or you needing to fear them rising up in rebellion? Well one solution is to only focus on converting the children who do not yet know of their people's ways and of course separating them from the adults. But even then there would obviously be problems and rebellions, so in my opinion the most stable and long lasting solution is simply for there to not be any other people either than your own people within your land."
But as she ended her answer to this question the Queen seemed a gasped as she asked. "Heavens no Lili, surely you do not mean that? What you are proposing is total extermination of the native population, is it not?"
Shaking her head Lili simply said. "Well no, I didn't say that. Of course all people should be given a choice and a chance to decide for themselves. So they can either forget their own ways completely and assimilate to the new society, they can also leave on their own if they so desire, or then they can be simply disposed of. So like so its their own choice isn't it and that's fair I think?"
Well this might not have been the most moral of things, but the way Lili saw it was that being nice would not get you anywhere. People respect strength and some people merely just cannot get along with some others and so its best to just let those others go. Or well that's what she had done as a Demon Lord in her past. Back then she had been ruthless and managed to create stability in her lands although it all did come to an end eventually. But that was due to outside threats and not once within her own lands.
Although despite thinking this the Queen didn't seem to agree at all, she actually seemed quite shocked by her words. The servants also seemed a bit shocked as did Irene who held that cute chubby little baby. But surprisingly Willy seemed to be open to her idea, Henrich seemed to think so as well, while the Kaiser was intrigued as he asked.
"But what about the profits of the colony then? Without the natives it would take tens of years and a lot of immigration for a colony to become stable and productive?"
Shrugging her shoulders Lili simply said. "Well do you want to have a few ten or so years of possible profits, or do you instead wish to build a nation that will stand the test of time?"
Hearing this Queen Victoria immediately asked in astonishment. "Lili just where did you hear these things? You're already six years old so your schooling should have already started isn't that right? So which school do you attend? Just who told you of these radical ideas?"
Clearly the Queen was quite shocked by her words which Lili could understand, but not being a person who likes to lie she simply said. "Well no I don't attend school here or anywhere else. These thoughts of mine are merely my own opinions and conclusions that I have come to as all."
To this the Kaiser merely laughed and banged his fist a couple of times on the table as he said. "Hahaha, very good, very good. Lili I like your way of thinking as radical as it may be. But what you say is true, savages or not I have seen it myself and most people do not like to be forcefully converted. Besides converting others is a long and expensive process. So there is logic to your ideas as bloody as they might be. What do you think Heinrich my brother?"
Heinrich hearing this thoughtfully nodded his head as he said. "Indeed Lilis ways would definitely cut down on security expenses and bring stability. But then again exports would pretty much become nonexistent until the colony actually grew into a decent size, but that would take tens of years or more. But a reasonable idea nonetheless seeing as we are losing money in all of our colonies as it is."
Shaking her head the Queen then lifted up her hand stopping everyone from speaking. It seemed that the Queen had enough of their talk about politics and so she decided to change the subject. Clearly she was not pleased by Lilis suggestion and instead focused on asking about Lilis life so far in London.
During this conversation Lili quickly learned that in fact kids from ages of six to ten should be in school learning the very basics. But it seemed that the women at the brothel had either totally forgotten this or intentionally kept her from it and so she never went to school here.
Also it seemed that during the same year of her arrival on the 25th of December 1884, Prince Albert the air to the British throne had died. Apparently he had been wandering around the east side of London where Lili had emerged into this world, when someone had apparently then stabbed him with a knife. And due to this the Prince had then died, but the murderer sadly was never caught.
Although there had been rumors of a well dressed man of the Princes height going around killing women and prostitutes. Some called him the killer Jack the Ripper, but all were only rumors and so nothing in the end was concluded, but this mysterious person was nonetheless suspected of being the killer of the Prince.
Talking of it the Queen seemed quite sad, but angry at his own son as well. She had told the Prince not to go out alone, but the Prince was an Erratic man who simply couldn't keep still and held some sort of strange need to go out at night.
Well whatever the reason for the Princes actions was, Lili did kind of feel guilty for his death. She had never seen the killers face, but she did know a man who got stabbed during that exact day. Although this was best not to be spoken of she figured. After all she was so young back then and shouldn't have been able to recall anything regarding that situation, also she really didn't want to be entangled in the killing of royalty.
After that with their breakfast quickly having been eaten Lili and Willy then moved on to piano lessons. Well it was Willy who was taking the lessons while Lili watched, until suddenly Willy invited her to play and learn.
For a few hours they went at this, until it was time for mid-day tea and biscuits, which were had out on the porch overlooking the massive back garden. There Lili and Willy talked and spent time together getting to know one another after which they went to play some cricket.
Cricket being apparently something that Willy enjoyed a lot, just like he enjoyed other physical activities like hunting. Kaiser Wilhelm on the other hand preferred to watch them from a far with the Queen, while Heinrich and his wife Irene joined them then with some servants.
Quickly hours went by and it was only later that day as the sun was beginning to set when finally Lili decided that she would start training Willy. The boy though strong was still nothing too impressive, although he was extremely motivated to learn at least.
So to start out Lili gave the boy simple begining instructions. She took a hold of the boys hand and looked up into his eyes as she seriously then said. "Remember Willy these basic principles of succeeding in life that I'm about to tell you. First of all remember to work hard, study well, eat and sleep plenty. You must also do all these things while overcoming your limits, don't ever let your mind let you quit, for you are much more capable and stronger than you think Willy, just trust me on that. And lastly you have to eat like hell to win and become big, in my experience almost all flights are won by the one who can eat the most. Plus you of course have to remember to sleep. So if you wish to become the best and a true crown prince then there will be less playing around and a lot more work from now on."
After saying this Lili made sure to ask if Willy was ready to become the best, which he supposedly was. And so they began their first of many future training sessions to be.
Starting out with the bare basics Lili decided to start working on Willy's basic physical strength and stamina. First was running 10 kilometres in the garden, followed by 100 pushups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats and a hundred pull-ups. These did not have a time limit on them, but the faster they were done the better. And if this was too easy then Lili was willing to add sandbags as extra weight to make it harder.
But during the first day she although didn't need to add any extra weight as she couldn't handle such things and by the looks of Willy's exhausted figure he also wasn't ready for it. So instead after doing everything they retired back to her room, took a bath together where Lili secretly healed most of the exhaustion away from Willy after which they went to bed.
The maids although had seemed a bit distressed at the sight of them going to the same room again to sleep, but no one had told them not to do it and so Lili didn't care. Like so a week within the marvelous Buckingham palace passed until it then came time for them to leave and finally head towards Germany.
