Instead, her lips tilted into a frown and her arms crossed over her chest. "The notion is laughable."
The nymph made a move to leave the building. She had imagined they wanted her there for many reasons. One she was particularly looking forward to was them begging for forgiveness. Now, here they were, trying to pull more from her. There was nothing in the world that could make her agree to anything they had to say. Such words were laughable, which was what she had said.
