Chapter 11 - Passed

The guy that Zion was fighting, eyes narrowed as he looked at Zion's fighting stand and he glanced at the young man then scoffed before looking up and Liam, who was keeping a close watch on things, trying to make sure he gets every bit that's going to happen.

Little did Liam know, Zion had no intention of him getting to keep a close watch on things, since he was only now getting started with what he wanted to know, including, with any ability he may have, since everything was only now getting started.

Zion's eyes narrowed as he stared at the guy, who was now on guard and Liam's brows furrowed as he looked at the one working with them.

The guy rushed towards Zion and was about to unleash a fire attack but at the same time, Zion moved fast, blocking his hand from the back and the guy glanced at him, as did Liam.

"His speed has increased, it was not like that just now, is he learning as he goes along with this fight? Is that what's going on here?" Liam asked and since he was not far from them and still had the mic on, Zion heard him.

He looked at his opponent and they pushed each other back and the guy chuckled as he stared at Zion, wondering a few things about him and a smirk appeared on the guy's face.

"So I wasn't wrong, you moved slightly different there just now," The guy said as his eyes glowed brighter and he lunged towards Zion them from the flames that formed around his right hand.

A sword appeared with a little bit of flames around its blades and Zion glanced at it and the guy released a flame strike and Zion dodged it and when the attack hit the wall, it slashed part of it and Liam glanced at it.

"Hey, you better know what you are doing, I am not going to get in trouble because of some bloody hot-headed fool," Liam said and the guy gritted his teeth as he turned to Zion.

The guy's body glowed slightly orange and he rushed towards Zion then suddenly disappeared and reappeared behind him, releasing a few attacks from his blade and part of the flames, grazed Zion on his right arm and he looked at it, when he felt the sting.

"You are allowed to use the sword on the wall if you need it," Liam said and Zion glanced at the sword then grabbed onto it, before the guy could hit him, he blocked his attack, but due to being late, the energy that released from his attack, pushed Zion far away from him and he smirked.

"You are still fresh, but one thing I can say for sure, you have some skills, that I can see from the way you do things, well at least you know what you are doing, be ready, I won't be soft on you," He said as he rushed towards Zion.

Zion looked at the guy, knowing that the guy's attack could injure him and he wanted to increase his experience a bit more and he sighed.

Zion looked at the guy and clenched his fist and before the guy could attack him, he moved swiftly, placing his head, just beside the arm the blade was in then a slightly blue energy formed around Zion's right arm and he punched the guy's blade, breaking it.

The guy's eyes widened and before he could do anything else, Zion hit bm by his side, using his elbow, applying the same energy then he spun around, kicking him in his stomach.

The impact from the kick sent the guy crashing into the same wall as before and he coughed up blood.

Liam blew a whistle as he looked at what was going on then chuckled as he looked at Zion.

"Well, well, I have to say that this was not something I was expecting to enjoy, but I did and that's because of you newbie," Liam said as he jumped down from where he was and Zion looked at him then at his fist, while moving it.

"You have some experience or are you just thinking the whole time while fighting?" The guy who he was fighting before asked as he stepped forward and both of them looked at him.

"I would like to know the same thing," Liam said as he looked at Zion who sighed.

"Fine, you can say a little bit of experience and yes, while fighting, I am always thinking of different ways to do things, is that good enough?" He asked and the guy he was fighting chuckled.

"Yeah and I will tell you the result, you passed in my eyes," The guy said and Zion looked at Liam as did the guy and Liam scoffed.

"Yeah, you passed, congratulations," Liam added with a smile and Zion sighed.

"Good, part one of that is complete, let me ask, our cards will be valid in the other cities right, no matter which one?" Zion asked.

"Yeah, it is valid everywhere you go, this city is one of the mains as well, which means even in the darkest part it will be valid, there is no need to worry though you won't get the card now, there is one other tiny little thing that you have to do," Liam responded.

"What more do I need to do? Am I even assured the card after this?" Zion asked and Liam smiled.

"Don't worry, you will get the card, there is no need to worry but you still need to complete the other, it's already late though so you can come back tomorrow morning to get it over with, is that okay with you?" Liam asked.

At the same time, Zion thought about the dungeon, knowing that they would be leaving soon for it and wanted to make sure he had his card before they left for it and he exhaled deeply then looked at Liam.

"Yeah," He responded.

"Good, you can go now, we will see you tomorrow morning, just ask for me tomorrow when you are here," Liam said.

"I will, thank you," He replied then left the room, Liam glanced at the wall in which Zion had kicked the guy in and his eyes narrowed as he looked at the impact as Zion left the guild, heading back to his apartment, since it was already late at night and Rivar had already left as well.
