Chapter 4 - 004: It's not a movie?

THE GREAT PALACE..

There was a grand ceremony going on within the palace, in an indoor chamber. The crown prince was enjoying his wine and at the same time, enjoying the company of women. The women were feeding him with their hands, while others made merry, enjoying a moment with the prince.

A man walked in, running towards the prince hurriedly. He bowed to the middle age crown prince. Upon his arrival, the crown prince quickly sat well on his golden chair.

"Speak!" He commanded the man.

"A girl."

"A girl?" The crown prince frowned deeply. Devon with a girl? That's odd. Ever since he had known that beast, he had never seen him around a girl before. Infact, girls shiver at his presence. He had seen him kill so many women who tried to seduce and take him down. So many women admire him from afar, but they never dare approach him. Infact, the rumor had said: he had killed his mother and sisters just because they were disturbing hiẹ peace. There's definitely more to this. "I want full details David."

"A strange girl with a strange apparel appeared at the market today. And suddenly, the mysterious man of war, General Devon came by and took her away on his shoulder.

The crown prince tried to put the pieces together, but he still couldn't get it. Who is this girl the monster likes?

"Bring her to me!" He made a command.

"Yes, your greatness." He bowed to him again.

"And make sure to take the soldiers with you." He looked blankly at the wall, before taking a sip from his alcohol. The monster with a woman; unbelievable.

*

He had been away for quite a while now, and I was already getting really tired and bored for sitting for so long. How can I just stay put for such a long time? I hopped down, this time watching out for the bumpy area below ge bed , remembering how I had fell and hit my head on the floor.

I safely hopped down, took an hold of my backpack, before finding my way out of the mansion.

.

I passed through the huge iron gate, taking a look at the vast area right in front of me. Nope, I can't risk going back to the market place, maybe the other way is my way out of here. I looked around, being on a watch out on any hidden camera. I found three strange routes right in front of me which got me really provoked.

"Damnit!" I cursed. Now where can I pass through and get this hell out of here? I wondered to myself. Maybe the three routes are props used to confuse me. That must be it. I quickly passed the first route, with hope that it might lead me out of here.

But it took me straight to a locked black gate. Now this is more provoking than before. I sighed, staring at the annoying gate in front of me. I quickly walked towards the gate, struggling with the huge lock, perhaps it could open. But it was tightly shut and I doubt this gate had been really opened for years.

"Shit!" I cursed again. This is definitely not my way out of here. Maybe it's the other side.

Turning around, I met some people in army suits coming towards my side. Maybe they're here to open the gate. It's my lucky day. Maybe the director had a change of mind and finally decided to let me go. I stood by, waiting for these people to open the gate and for me to leave.

"She is the girl." One of them said. Wait, what now?! One of the guards suddenly took hold of my arm. I was extremely lost, wondering what was happening. Who are these people and what do they want from me.

"Take her to the crown prince." The man said again. Who is that?

**

Devon went back into his room, just to see the empty bed... again. He sighed, rubbing his throbbing head. This girl from the future is such a headache. The people from the future must like wandering a lot. Now where had she gone to?

"Brother!" A young man jumped into the room through the window. Just like the man in front of him, he had almost the same build and the same demeanor. The difference was only the way they both communicate. Devon communicate with no smile on his face, which makes him more scary, while this man seem more friendly.

"What do you want?" Devon questioned, still wondering where the girl had gone to.

"I came to spend some time with you brother." He grinned.

"Get out!" Devon snapped at him.

"Um," he turned around, but while walking, he began to speak some words he knew his brother would react to.

"Strange girl, with long blonde hair, with a pack around her shoulders..."

Devon ears peeked high at his words. He widened his eyes in shock.

"Stay!"

The man stood still and grinned. Devon turned around to look at him with an unfriendly frown plastered on his face. "now, start talking."

"Oh, brother you are just too clueless and very careless at the same time. You are just good at war, but clueless when it comes to women."

Devon frowned deeply. What does that mean?

"You endangered her life by letting her come to the market. You also called on the enemies when you carried her up on your shoulder like your possession."

"Get to the point Devan!"

"Your darling is in the hands of the crown prince."

Devon widened his eyes in shock. He must have been on watch on her ever since he had took her from the market. And that girl is clueless, she might get herself into a deep trouble with that running mouth of hers.

Devon jumped down from the window unto his horse. Devan smirked at his brother's sudden reaction. Maybe it's time for a girl to take over his boring life. He also jumped through his window, landing soundly on the floor, before hopping on his horse, and ridding away.

I was taken by his strange men to a very beautiful place. The vast and magnificent palace which stood on his own and had occupied a huge land had it's own gentle breeze. Colorful flowers filled the surrounding and maids walked tho and fro the place. Trees with healthy fruits also stood on it's own waving it leaves at the magnificent place.

Wait, speaking of this so called magnificent palace, I should ask myself first; what am I doing here?!

I was taken into the palace, then to a chamber in the palace. Wow, this is definitely a billion dollar project wuse this things used for the play looked first class and the people flooding in it looked like rich people.

The soldiers suddenly stopped, with their head up high in respect. Beside me was the man from earlier on. And in front of me sat a man in a gold robe, with half naked women swimming around him.

I turned to look at the soldier who stood behind me. What's happening here?

"This is the girl, your majesty." The man bowed at him. Oh, so he is the king. Great!

I caught the so called king ogling at me with lustful eyes. Now, I feel like picking his eyes.

"Disrespectful!" The man suddenly yelled at me, making me wonder why the sudden yell. "you will be beheaded for this insolence." He yelled again, wanting to grab my hand.

"Leave her!" The so-called majesty commanded.

"But my prince..."

"Walk away from her David." He commanded again.

"Yes your highness." He walked back with his head bowed.

The prince stood up from his seat, jolting me off. Why is he on "his feet now? And what am I supposed to say to him? And come the whole men in this movie have the same demeanor? Rude and cold.

"Beautiful. Your mission must be to seduce the General. It's a surprise you came out of the monster's den without having a scratch on you." How come his words sounded like gibberish. Who is the monster and what den is he talking about?

"Sorry, who are you?" I questioned.

"Abomination!" The man with a problem suddenly shouted. What's an abomination now?

The prince raised his hand, stopping him from saying more words.

"Keep quiet David." He made a command again.

"Tell me girl, what your name is."

"But your highness.." the David man interrupted again. And suddenly something happened that almost got me traumatized. I saw David's head rolling on the floor with blood splattered around. I took a quick glance at the back, before turning back my head in shock and fear. Isn't this supposed to be a movie? Why is it getting so real now? What is happening here? Is this even a movie?Am I already dead? Or perhaps in hell and this crown prince: satan? Oh no.
