"Even with my studies of Light Magic...even with Divine Shot hitting you point-blank...you still have the nerve, the GALL even, To LIVE BEFORE ME!? YOU ARE TO BE KILLED! BURIED ALIVE EVE-" Dorian's words were cut off by a bullet being shot, almost aimed to his leg. It was a warning shot. The king merely growled in anger as he realized the problem at hand. "Fine then....Once I'm done with you, I'll make sure God won't even RECOGNIZE YOU! YOU HEAR ME, MORRWOOD!?"
"Just stop talking..."
"WHAT WAS THAT, COWBOY!? SPEAK UP OVER THERE!!"
Ennio simply fired another warning shot, only this time directly at the king's leg, causing Dorian to react by making another arc with his Staff, though wobbly due to how he has to hold it with one hand, the other attending to his eye. "I said to stop Talking. If you're gonna kill me, then do it. You aren't a Man if you're saying your actions. You're a Man if you DO them first." He'd pause himself as he gets upon a stance, his gauntlets being as hot as fire, burning his arms and wrists somewhat. "Now are you gonna keep talking? Or are you gonna actually do it?"
Silence. That was all that was left, as Dorian knew well what needed to be done. Ennio's boots dug deep within the glass, cracking it, before he lunged himself forward and trying to fight back. Dorian would counter this by stabbing the sand, kicking it up, and causing the sand itself to get hotter and hotter, transforming it into glass, making a wall to protect himself. Ennio, gauntlets at the ready, simply sent a flurry of punches, pulling the trigger with his revolvers, firing bullets to penetrate through the glass and shoot Dorian in the arm and stomach. The wounds would down the king, yet he started to disregard such pain. He started to ignore such wounds laid upon him. Such pain was being ignored, and in exchange had pure anger in his body. Staff in hand, he'd aim it as if it was a Javelin, sending out lunge after lunge to blast a ray right into Ennio's body, hoping it would be enough to harm the cowboy.
Ennio merely fired back, and what resulted was a flurry of projectiles from both sides, with Ennio slightly moving himself to desperately evade the shots, while Dorian merely took them and kept pushing on, as if he was an unstoppable force of nature. Some of the citizens began to be wary and try to escape the kingdom, much to Dorian's dismay. The walls were being given holes from the king's assault, melting hot iron being in its place, as the area slowly ripped itself apart one by one. Damage would be exchanged on both sides, yet they still kept going. They still kept fighting. It wasn't until soon, after around a minute, where a killing blow was made.
Ennio's chest was blasted through. One of his lungs was eradicated. He stumbled himself upon the floor, bleeding out from his mouth and through his mask. He struggled to breathe at this rate. Dorian merely towered over the Cowboy, riddled with holes from the bullets, yet lived, albeit barely. He gave the biggest smirk he could muster, blood pouring from his teeth, as he aimed the staff right at Ennio's center: His Heart. "And you were so close, too. Looks like you aren't carrying their will after all...huh, Ennio?" He'd chuckle a bit, yet it was painful to do so. He coughed up blood before he continued. "Well....That's life for yah. You try and play hero....and you fail miserably. All because you didn't know when you're outmatched. Any last words, Cowboy...?"
Ennio merely chuckled a bit. "I can't wait to see you in Hell..."
Dorian chortled back. "As do I." He raised his arm that held his weapon high, shifting the light to make a spear, ready to finish the job. Before he lowered it, however...
SNAP!! KER-CLANG!!
The sounds of the Water Tanks up above. Dorian had to stop himself to see the issue at hand, the very tanks were starting to break down, its stilts badly damaged. The attacks made by Ennio weren't just aiming towards the king, but to the area itself. A Stunt he pulled when he was invading before losing his ride to his soldiers. The king gritted his teeth, but remained calm, as he stared directly towards Ennio, preparing his thrust from the spear-like construct he crafted. "You sneaky bastard! I knew you were planning something with those tankers! You really weren't kidding when you said to see me in-"
BANG!!
"Told you to stop talking.." Ennio would state, as he mustered up his strength to throw one more punch. An uppercut upwards, having the gauntlet pull the trigger once more, causing the bullet to arc itself and not only cut through Dorian's skin, but also land a devastating shot right into his other eye, slicing it as the bullet went to the sky. Dorian would scream in agony, his hands letting go of the spear, just to grasp at the wound caused, stumbling backwards, allowing Ennio to escape. He'd desperately got himself up, stumbling and nearly falling over, trying to take his vest and shirt off, using his shirt as a cast to wrap around his chest, before grabbing the spear tightly and jamming it within the walls. The Light was still burning his hand, which caused him to also grunt in pain, almost biting his tongue and pulling his body back from the hot rod that was giving him so much trouble. He used the staff as a platform, getting atop of it and jumping off from the weapon, trying to reach himself upwards to grab at the Kingdom's walls that are once used to protect, now used as to confine Dorian and his men. He wasn't able to reach it quick enough, so he resorted to a last ditch effort, having the bullet that was in the sky change its trajectory, and shooting his hand right then and there.
The Bullet extended itself to be like a rod, the minerals within its shell letting it extend the length, having Ennio stabbed into its walls, yet somehow living. As he tries to get himself up, the gasoline-like fluids came crashing down like a tidal wave, drowning out Dorian and his men, flooding the kingdom within its flammable substance. The Spear that was giving off such light and heat was enough to ignite it. As Ennio painfully got himself to the top of the walls, he'd watch the kingdom burst itself into flames, an explosion of heat that knocked him right outside, hitting the sand, and only hearing the screams of the King and his men as they were consumed by such heat. The citizens were safe, as they were wise to leave before such a disaster went down, with some looking towards the Cowboy in absolute pain, almost giving in to his wounds. The last thing Ennio saw was two men and two women arriving to his body, as well as the fire that licked the kingdom's castle.
He smiled to himself, before falling unconscious. He has won this battle, by the skin of his very teeth.
