Chapter 46 - Chapter 46: Learning in Salvandi

"This....is ridiculous."

Such a comment was made from Zazel as he wore the clothes that are the same as the locals, as the two attempt to get within the school, posing as their very students, by orders of the very king himself. The demon would be wearing black and grey robes, in the same manner as Solomon's, with a grimace towards the Biblical Sorcerer, as he'd offer a small smirk. "Relax, it's not like your clothes are taken. Just....swapped, for now." The Shadow besides Solomon would snicker a bit, as it tried to offer its own comment.

"Now if only you'd be covered in oil, THAT would be hilarious! You'd be like a walking burnt chicken! Kehehehe!"

"Hey Solomon, Can your shadow get hurt by any chance?" Solomon simply nodded his head as a response, which caused the demon to create a sigil right upon the shadow. "Focalor." Was his only word, before a jet stream of water came to blast down the shadow, almost cutting it in half and severing the flooring, before the demon toned it down to act as a lesson. "Now people would think of you as a WET chicken! Hah!"

The Shadow was drenched, somehow. It shook the water off like it was an animal drying up its fur, soaking the other students upon the class, before the two kids inevitably made it to their target in question: A Classroom, with 30 or so students, counting the duo, all seemingly dressing in the same garbs as they were, with only a few exceptions. One of which was a young girl, around 16 or so, with bracelets and rings upon both of her hands. The design of the jewelry were in a cube-like pattern, and the girl in question was visibly nervous. The princess. Another was of a young man, with light green hair, spikey and scattered all over the place. It was just as long as Solomon's, but not as clean. The man also had green eyes, white skin, and wearing a black jacket with a white undershirt. The Jacket looked almost similar to Zazel's, having him wonder where did he exactly got it from. The young man that looked no less than 17 took notice of the two kids, raising his hand up for a question. "Yo! Teach! Exactly what are these runts doing here?"

"Don't be rude to them, Adel! But to answer your question, and to also answer the question for the class if you're just as confused, These are the King's troops. They're simply here to keep an eye out while you're all preparing yourselves for the exam coming soon! Think of them as Guards, if you will." As soon as the teacher announced such words, most of the class would laugh and gossip to themselves, poking fun at the situation.

"Seriously?? The King sent a couple of Kids here?"

"What are they gonna do? Tell their parents on us?"

"Oh noooo~! Don't cry on us, lil' twerps!" The mockery went on and on, though the Biblical Sorcerer silenced them with a single sentence, and a snap of his fingers.

"Might of Samson..." With such words, the energy flowing once more, and a single tap of the nearby wall, it blasted a solid hole, reaching it into the surface, where the very sun shined upon them. The School, as it were, was built in the sand itself, so as to avoid the sun's rays, digging deep enough to balance between proper protection, and to not be affected by the sun itself. As soon as the hole was caused, sand poured in, though mainly to act as a slope, the sun shining atop of the slope, staring down at everyone. The professor, Adel, and the Princess were the only one's unaffected, as the rest of the class went back in silence.

"Thank you for the Demonstration, now if we can continue our class, We were just about to discuss Earth itself, would you like to sit down and hear it?" The boys simply nodded, but mainly kept its focus within the Princess herself, as well as looking around the surroundings. The Professor would continue his lesson. "As I was saying...The very earth that you are stepping on, and as a demonstration by the King's Guardsmen, Is an enhanced version of it. If we were to have the same strength apply to a world without the likes of magic, it would more than likely hold the power to irreversibly cause damage throughout our entire planet. Many theories have been made as to exactly how such a size was even garnered, yet it nevertheless is evidence at how the sheer scale of it is not to be ignored." He states, as he uses a long, white stick to point it at the world itself, comparing it to another planet within the system, Mercury. "For instance, The world that we are in is comparable to that of 18 or so to this planet, Mercury. This was, of course, a theory that this was the original world's size before the era of Magic truly took its highest state. When Magic was introduced, it inspired countless of solutions: Food, Water, Medicine, Weapons, and even our world as we know it. With the estimate of the size to this new world that scholars still don't know to this day as to how truly large it was, it was theorized this new world can fit as much as Three Thousand of them, All without miraculously breaking our gravitation! Of course, this is simply known as the 'Theorem of Magi', simply because it is a method we, humans, have constructed for ourselves."

As the professor went on about such studies of the world, Solomon was able to use Shady, his Shadow, to inspect the environment undetected. Most of the students seemed to be focused, with Adel once more raising his hand, halting the Shadow in case. "So what other theories exist that made Earth this big?"

"Ahh, that is a simple answer. Another theory that came up with the idea of such a large world is known as 'God's Theory' "

Such an answer captured the attention of Zazel, who was also paying just as much attention to Shady's movements. "Wait, As in..??"

"Yes! As in God Himself! The Holy Spirit! The Man who watches over all! Theories have been made that this world was just as much of the same size as it was in the primordial era! While I, myself, believe in the idea of logic, the tale of such a story is one that must be held as high as anything else. The Theory goes like this..."
