The burning candles slipped from Sierra's hand as she heard Nora's piercing scream from the room. She quickly stood up and rushed towards the room. Swinging the door open, she saw Nora sat up on the bed, sweat dripping down from her forehead, looking around as if someone was out there to kill her. Sierra looked confused for a while, she couldn't understand why Nora was acting that way. She noticed her. She hastily got down from the bed and ran to her, wrapping her hands around her.
"Please… help me…" she stammered. Sierra wanted to ask what she would help her with, but something dawned on her.
Her memories. Memories are precious and shouldn't be tempered with, but hers seemed like it was tempered with.
She loosened Nora's grip. "Alright, I will help you," she said and guard her towards the bed, sitting her down, before Sierra grabbed a chair and sat down opposite her.
