Walking back into the house, I found the crowd of people still partying and drinking.
A girl was stood on a table, dancing. She had a red cup in hands, figure staggering at every second. One could only assume she was drunk.
Just as I thought everything seemed fine, the door tore open, and in walked Mr and Mrs Williams.
The sight their gazes beheld, caused the corners of their eyes widening, lips gaping the instant they took in the state of the house.
Mrs Williams' jaw suddenly dropped, gaze peering at something afar.
Turning to the direction which she looked at, I found whatever had brought the lady to such state of shock—The figures of Logan and Arabella, stood at a corner of the room, arms wrapped around each other, while they kissed.
Both unaware of the presence of the Mr and Mrs Williams, while their lips moved in sync against each other's.
"Logan!" The voice of Mrs Williams jolted the two, the house suddenly turning quiet as every gaze turned to peer at the woman.
Logan at once spun around at the mention of his name, eyes staring on at his parents.
"What is this?" Mrs Williams uttered quietly, gaze focused on Arabella.
The girl slowly brought her eyes up, finally gazing at the woman.
In her gaze you could see fear, confusion.
"You and my son" Mrs Williams spoke, voice very low.
She shifted her gaze to Logan, and then back to the figure of Arabella, shock evident in her eyes.
"I want you to leave" she called in a firm tone, eyes glaring at the figure of the young girl.
"Mom...." Logan began, reaching towards his mother
"Be quiet Logan!" She snapped at him.
"And I want you to come along with your mother tomorrow" Mrs Williams uttered to Arabella.
The girl had her head bent low, her steps slow, as she walked out of the house.
"What is wrong with you? Of all the girls in the world, it had to be with the maid's daughter." Mrs Williams turned to Logan, the instant Arabella was finally out the door.
"I'm in love with her" Logan breathed, eyes matching his mother's.
"What do you know about love, Logan Williams"
"You'd better cut off all you have with that girl, Cause no way would it work... You seem to be forgetting that her mother is but a maid" She called while proceeding out the room, her gaze taking in all the mess sprawled on the floor.
I watched on, tears filling my eyes instantly at her words.
How foolish I was to have let Cameron kiss me.
Even more foolish to return the kiss.
I was only a maid, who worked for his parents, and just like Mrs Williams stated, nothing could ever go on between the maid and any of her sons.
Perhaps he only kissed me to ease himself off the pain of Savannah cheating on him with his friend.
My heart ached the instant I thought about it.
What if I was right, after all. What if he only kissed me all because he was in a bad state.
The voice of Mr Williams yelling for everyone to leave, suddenly snapped me back.
I heard him call out to Tyler, ordering for all the mess to be cleaned.
Wiping my tears away, I walked out of the living room quietly, wanting to remain unnoticed.
