Elena wakes up early in the morning and feels the fresh, crisp air coming through the window. She decides to go for a run in the forest to clear her head and feel the nature around her. As she heads towards the forest, she notices that there are many people, both old and young, running in the same direction. She can see the joy on their faces as they breathe in the fresh air and enjoy the peacefulness of the forest.
As Elena starts to run, she feels her body loosen up and relax. The beauty of the forest surrounds her, and she feels like she's starting to discover a new side of herself. The sound of her feet hitting the ground and her breathing become a meditative rhythm, and she forgets all the worries and problems she had before. Running in the forest feels like it's opening up something deep inside her, like she's reconnecting with her true self.
After a while, Elena heads back to the pack house, feeling refreshed and energised. She takes a quick shower and then heads down to the dining room to meet Nick, Jack, and Sarah for breakfast. As she sits down with them, she can't help but smile and feel grateful for the peacefulness and beauty of the forest she had just experienced.
"I need to get some clothes," Sarah said, looking down at her outfit, which was a plain t-shirt and leggings.
"I think Elena needs some clothes too, since she didn't bring any," Sarah continued. "I know all the best stores in town."
"That would be great," Elena replied, smiling at her.
Nick and Jack nodded in agreement, both focused on their breakfast.
"I will take you girl's " Jake offered, but we must be back before lunch I need to join in the training. "Nick, are you coming with us?"
"Sure, as long as we can put in good few hours of training after"
"Yeah, man"
"Then I am in"

As the group got in to the car and set off Sarah began to plead with Jake to take them to the Sunderland Mall and not to the near by town, which only has a few boring shops.
Sarah: "Jake, please take us to Sunderland Mall, it has all the best shops!"
Jake: "I don't know, Sarah. The Mall is on the border of the neutral territory and the Black Crescent Pack. I don't want to risk running into Joseph."
Sarah: "Jake, we can't spend all day in that little town. The Mall is only a short drive away."
Elena: "I agree. It would be a shame to waste a day of shopping in boring shops. And the chances of running into Joseph are really small."
Sarah: "Please, Jake. It's not like we're going to cross the border into their territory."
Jake: "Alright, fine. But we need to be careful and stay on this side of the border. And if we see any Black Crescent Pack members, we leave immediately."
Nick: "Agreed."
Sarah: "Thank you, Jake. You won't regret it!"
As they drove to the mall, Sarah couldn't contain her excitement about all the stores she was going to visit.
They spent the morning shopping and trying on different outfits, laughing and enjoying their time together.
As they headed to the car with their shopping Elena felt a strange scent. It was quite unusual like fresh ocean breeze. A chill went down her spine and she felt slightly weak in her knees, but didn't let the group know about any of this. As she got in the car and headed back to the pack house the scent and feelings had passed, so Elena didn't think much of it after that.

Elena, Nick, Sarah, and Jake were all training together in the pack's spacious training room. Nick and Jake were showing the girls different moves and techniques when it came to hand-to-hand combat.
As they trained, it became clear that Elena was an incredibly skilled fighter. She moved with speed and grace, easily dodging Jake's attempts to strike her. Sarah and Nick looked on in amazement as Elena landed hit after hit on Jake, always managing to avoid his counterattacks.
"Wow, Elena," Sarah said, impressed. "You're really good!"
Nick nodded in agreement. "Yeah, she's been training since she was a kid. We noticed her skills early on and started training her at our pack."
Jake rubbed his jaw where Elena had landed a particularly solid hit. "Well, I can definitely see that. You're one hell of a fighter, Elena."
Elena grinned, feeling a sense of pride and satisfaction. It felt good to know that her hard work had paid off and that her skills were recognised by others.
As they continued to train, Elena felt herself getting more and more confident in her abilities. She was starting to feel like she could take on anyone, no matter how big or strong they were.
As the group continued to train, the Alpha watched from a distance, observing their progress. He was particularly interested in Elena, noticing her impressive skills and quick movements. He made a decision to further test her abilities, and quietly signalled to one of his best warriors to approach her.
The warrior named Ron, made his way over to Elena, introducing himself and asking if she would be willing to spar with him. Elena hesitated for a moment, not wanting to appear overconfident, but then agreed, eager to show off her skills.
Ron had been undefeated in this pack. He was very confident, tall and muscular, he would intimidate many just with his looks, but for some reason Elena didn't feel intimidated at all.
As the two began to fight, it quickly became clear that Elena was a skilled fighter, able to hold her own against the experienced warrior. The Alpha watched from a distance, impressed with her abilities.
As Elena and Ron sparred, Nick and Sarah watched in amazement. Elena was fast, clever, and able to anticipate Ron's moves. Ron, on the other hand, was growing increasingly frustrated as Elena continued to outmanoeuvre him. He had been undefeated in the pack until now, and he didn't like the idea of being beaten by a girl, let alone an omega.
After several minutes of intense sparring, Elena finally managed to get the upper hand and take Ron down. He was furious and stormed off, muttering under his breath. Elena didn't understand why he was so upset. It was just a friendly spar, after all.
Jake , Nick and Sarah were beaming with pride, "Elena, you're amazing! How did you get so skilled?"Sarah asked
Elena shrugged, "I've been training since I was young. My pack noticed my abilities early on."
Meanwhile, the Alpha had been watching from afar, impressed by Elena's abilities. He quietly asked Ron to approach Elena again and ask her to train with him once more, to see if her tiredness will let her skills slip. Ron was known as one of the best warriors in the pack, and the Alpha wanted to see if Elena could handle him.
Ron approached Elena, still seething with anger. "Hey, you're pretty good. Want to spar again?"
Elena nodded, "Sure."
As they began sparring again, Elena quickly realised that Ron was even more skilled than she had anticipated. But she was determined not to back down, and soon found herself holding her own against him. Ron was becoming increasingly frustrated as Elena outsmarted him again and again.
Finally, after several minutes of intense sparring, Elena managed to outmanoeuvre Ron and take him down once again. This time, Ron was seething with anger.
"I can't believe I lost to an omega!" he shouted, storming off.
Elena shrugged and turned to Nick and Sarah, "What's his problem?"
Nick grinned, "Don't worry about him. You did amazing!"
" Elena, I've never seen anyone handle Ron like that." Jake added
When their training session was over, Elena was drenched in sweat but felt more energised than ever. She was grateful for the opportunity to train with Nick, Sarah, and Jake, and was looking forward to continuing to improve her skills in the future.

As she was heading back to the pack house after training, Elena noticed the first hints of twilight in the sky, and soon the moon began to appear, casting a soft glow over the surroundings.
Elena was filling strange once again. She felt powerful yet weak... She felt really strong, yet shaky... Nick noticed that she went quiet and asked
"Are you ok Elena?" all the friends stoped their walk and looked at Elena
"I don't know... I feel... I feel really weird..." Elena responded with a shaken voice
"What is wrong? What do you feel?" Jake asked concern all over his face
"I feel... I feel..." Elena wasn't able to finish that sentence as a large haul escaped from her mouth.
Now everything was clear Elena was about to turn in to her wolf for the very first time.
"Oh Elena, don't worry, its all going to be ok" Sarah said with love in her voice
"This is her first shift guys as she had only turned sixteen three days ago" Nick explained to the group.
"That's really exciting, Elena we are here for you."Jack reassured her.
"Just take deep breaths and focus on the transformation," Nick said.
Elena nodded, feeling a wave of pain course through her body as the transformation began. She gritted her teeth and clenched her fists, trying to keep calm despite the pain.
Jack placed a hand on her shoulder. "You're doing great, Elena. Just keep going."
As the transformation progressed, the full moon shone down upon them, illuminating the night sky with its brilliant light. It was a sight to behold, and Elena felt a strange mix of pain and awe as she looked up at the moon.
Finally, the transformation was complete, and Elena opened her eyes to see the world in a whole new way. Her senses were heightened, and she felt a newfound sense of strength and power coursing through her veins.
"It's amazing," she breathed, looking at her friends with wonder. "I can see, hear, and smell things I never noticed before." she tried to communicate to the others, but all they could hear is barking.
Elena closed her eyes and took a deep breath, trying to focus on the connection she felt with her inner wolf. As she opened her eyes, she saw her wolf form, standing in front of her, looking directly into her eyes. Elena felt a wave of excitement mixed with fear rush through her body.
Elena's wolf form was a majestic sight to behold. She was much larger than the average wolf, towering over most of her pack-mates. Her fur was mostly white, with only her paws and the tips of her ears black as night. The contrast between the black and white was striking, and drew the eye to her in an instant. Her ears were long and pointed, and twitched with every sound around her.
But it was her eyes that really captured the attention of those who saw her. They were a piercing shade of blue, almost glowing in the moonlight. They seemed to hold a deep intelligence and understanding, as if the wolf behind them was not just a mere animal, but something much more.
As she moved, her muscles rippled beneath her fur, each movement fluid and powerful. She was a sight to behold, and it was clear to all who saw her that she was a wolf of great strength and beauty.
"Hello Elena I am Serena, your wolf" Serena spoke, her voice sounding deep and powerful in Elena's head."
"Hello " Elena responded, her voice trembling.
Elena was in awe of the strength and intelligence emanating from Serena. She could feel a deep connection to the wolf, and it was almost as if they were one and the same.
Serena asked Elena where they were, and Elena told her that she had to leave her pack and is now here at Jake's pack. Serena stood there is silence for a moment processing what she had heard and noded. Then suggested that they go for a run together, encouraging Elena to allow her to take control of the wolf form.
"I know it's scary, but trust me, Elena. Let me take control, and we will have the most amazing run under the full moon," Serena said, her voice soothing and confident.
Elena hesitated for a moment, but she felt a sense of calm and reassurance from Serena. She finally agreed, and Serena took over. The full moon was shining bright in the night sky, illuminating the forest and casting a silver glow over everything. Elena could feel the power and freedom of the wolf coursing through her veins, and she let out a howl of joy. Serena was leading the way, and Elena was feeling more alive than ever before.
As they ran, Elena marvelled at the speed and agility of the wolf form, feeling like she could run forever. She knew that this was just the beginning of her journey, and that there was so much more to discover about herself and her wolf.
Serena led Elena to a clearing in the forest where she could see the entire pack gathered in their wolf forms, howling and admiring the full moon. Elena could feel the energy of the pack, and it was invigorating. She was amazed by the sight and the feeling of being part of such a strong and powerful community.
Serena asked "So, please explain to me why is it that you are here in this pack?"
"I had to leave my pack because the Alpha was forcing me to mate with his son." Elena responded
Serena was confused and carried on asking "You mean your father the Alpha? He was forcing you to mate with someone?"
Elena responded, "No my father is an omega, just like my mum and me."
But then Serena's words caught Elena off guard. "You're not an Omega," she said, her voice firm and reassuring. "You're an Alpha, just like me."She explained that they were both born with Alpha blood in their veins, and that made them incredibly powerful.
Elena was stunned. She couldn't believe what she was hearing. She had always thought of herself as an Omega, the lowest rank in the pack, but now she was told that she was an Alpha? It was too much to process. "How could she be an Alpha? Would her mum cheat on her dad with an Alpha? But then why would the Alpha want for her to mate with his son? This doesn't make any sense...?"
"I don't understand," Elena said, her voice trembling. "How can I be an Alpha? I've always been an Omega."
"It's in your blood," Serena replied, her voice gentle but firm. "You're a born Alpha, just like me. It's time to embrace your power and your place in the pack."
Elena felt a mix of emotions, confusion, fear, and excitement. She didn't know how to process this sudden shift in her identity. She needed to think, to be alone, to run. Without a word, she turned and ran as fast as she could, the pain and panic that had been building up inside her since the conversation with Serena now bursting through her veins. She needed to run it off, to clear her head, to figure out who she was and what it meant to be an Alpha.
Nick and Jake in their wolf forms followed after Elena. But she was fast, she was not paying attention to their barking and howling. She just wanted for everything to stop, she wanted to escape this feeling that was suffocating her. She run for hours until she couldn't run anymore and she collapsed on the ground swallowed once again by her nightmares.
