Alone And Attempt Of Rape
Today is MUN. And I am so excited. "All good?", Shravan asks as he enters the junior library. "Yes", I say happily and stand up. "You are looking cool", he says checking my formal attire.
"I always do", I say and wink. He looks amused. "Teacher's Pet. You are making me curious by showing who you truly are", he teases. "Don't call me that. Backbencher", I say, raising my eyebrows and he raises his hands in surrender.
"Have you brought the application to sit here?", I ask. "Bunking is my daily habit. But still, so that nobody tells me to get out, I brought a teacher's signature who was sitting in our class and talking on her phone about, God knows what", he says and sits beside me.
Delegates arrive and committee proceedings are taken forward. "The Delegate of China is open for questions, Delegates. If you are willing to ask, please raise your placards so that chair can recognise you", I raise my hand immediately. And stand up to ask my question.
After taking some time, she opts to answer it via chit and we are permitted to leave the venue for a short break. "I will just use the washroom and come back", I say urgently and Shravan nods.
I run upstairs but find all the washrooms on my floor and below busy so I go to the top floor. Class sixth to ninth have gone for a picnic. So this floor looks scarily empty and only a few lights are on.
I use the washroom and come out to see a boy who looks senior. "Hey. I need your help. Can you please come with me?", he asks me. Maybe picking some things up or finding something. I nod.
"I have seen you somewhere", I mumble. He smiles at me and that looks off. "Yeah. I was the one fighting with Shravan before summer vacations. I am Vishal and I am in eleventh standard and you both hang out a lot lately", he says.
"Oh. Right", I say. That fight became a famous incident and vice principal ma'am had to look into that matter. This guy had said something regarding Shravan that was offending and angered him so Shravan had roasted him in return and that followed with a fist fight that later exceeded its entire limits.
We go to a classroom opposite the stairs and in the at most corner. We enter inside and I feel as if someone is here. He closes the door and locks it from inside. "What are you doing? And is anybody here?", I ask, feeling scared all of a sudden.
"That Shravan thinks too much of himself. I will take perfect revenge on him by taking his girl", he says, making me shaken up in fear. "I am not his girl. And I will not spare you for even thinking this. Let me out", I say and try to go but he pushes me back and I stumble.
My back dashes with the table and I cry in pain as my back twists making it impossible for me to stand straight due to the rough impact. I fall down and six other boys come out from under the tables making me cry more.
"Let me go", I beg them and they laugh. They drag me towards the wall and two of them hold either of my hands and the other two hold my legs. Rest three start touching me inappropriately.
"Help", I yell struggling furiously. Vishal slaps me across the face and opens the buttons of my trousers. "Enjoy it", he roars and one of them covers my mouth with his hand. Is there no worker here to look at what is going on?
"No", I cry but it comes out muffled and Vishal lowers down my trousers and pulls my Kurta up almost revealing my belly. I feel his disgusting touch all over me. I close my eyes awaiting whatever is coming. Until, we hear banging and then the door opens revealing Shravan and teachers and other students.
I cry and struggle more. Shravan is almost in a trance as Vishal and his gang are horrified at getting caught. Shravan marches towards us and picks Vishal up and throws him and he rolls off the whole table falling like a trash bag on the floor.
He starts pushing all six off the same way and the others hold and beat them. While Shravan runs up to me and quickly pulls up my trousers and pulls down my Kurta. My hands feel numb and he looks at me with tears. His shaking hands close the buttons of my trousers and he quickly wraps a cloth around me as I keep crying.
He hugs me and I flinch. He leaves me and Naina comes and hugs me tightly as I cry badly. I am taken down in the medical room and it takes a lot of time to calm me down. A police officer comes and Naina requests me to file a complaint. "Revenge...on Shravan", I manage to stutter out and Shravan's head snaps towards me.
I cry and tell whatever Vishal told me to justify his disgusting deed. Shravan doesn't say anything and leaves from there at jet speed as his friends follow him. While the girls of the group stay with me. The MUN has ended and my parents come to pick me up. I manage to give them a soft smile but one hug from mom and dad and I break down in the worst way possible.
"Can I come too? I don't want to leave her alone '', Naina requests and mom nods looking at her gratefully for her support and we sit down. Other girls from Shravan's group join us too and we leave. I facepalm as they stay silent to give me time and space and comfort.
Why me? Was this the way to get back on someone? And what did they mean by his girl? Why?
