Reaching the house, Kim trailed behind him. Alexander walked ahead of her with long slender legs. He stopped midway and waited for her. Upon reaching him, he held her hand and they walked inside the house.
Stepping inside the house, Alexander took a different turn instead of taking her to her room.
"Where are you taking me to?" Kim asked.
"You will see"
Kim frowned at the reply but she didn't fight back. It was only after they stepped inside a room that she frowned even more. She observed the room clearly. It was as though the room was a different house altogether.
A maid opened the door and walked to Alexander to help him get out of the suit.
"Leave" he ordered the maid and she quietly left the room.
Alexander turned to Kim who stood by the doorway. "Your duty is to pull off my suit or help me wear it"
"Huh?" Kim asked coming out of her reverie.
"Step closer," he said and she did it like an obedient child. "Now help me remove my suit"
"Why?" she frowned. What did he plan to do now, she thought.
"Hey! Don't think otherwise. Pull it off," he said. Taking another step forward, she removed the suit jacket.
Just then, a knock came on the door.
"Come in"
The door opened and a soldier came inside.
"We found the man who has been planning your death"
Kim averted her gaze to the bedroom not wanting to interfere in their business.
"I will be with you shortly," he said to the soldier and he left.
Turning to Kim, he said, "Stay here. Don't go anywhere I will be right back" he opened the door and left the room. Kim became suspicious. What did he want to do with the man? She decided to go check by herself. She opened the door and saw Alexander whispering something to one of the guards.
She hid behind the door and once he left she followed him. She sighted the guard who she punched in the eye. He gave her the 'you will not get away with this' look. None of the soldiers dared to stop her, she quietly moved following the President. They all thought the President had called for her.
She followed Alexander outside where he stood facing a man who had bruises on his face. There was a pool close to the man. The man was pushed down to the ground before Alexander.
"So you're the coward planning to kill me. You must have a lot of courage to even plan with international men on my death"
"Please forgive me. It wasn't my idea of killing you"
"I cannot forgive you for that. If I set you free you would commit the worse one. I should better just kill you here right now"
Kim watched them quietly as she hid behind the walls.
"I would never plan to kill you" the man fell on the floor with his back facing the ground.
"So do my soldiers now lie?"
"We saw him and other teams as they planned on killing you. We were able to catch him but the rest ran away"
"Open the pool!" Alexander ordered. Kim's eyes widened as she saw what was inside the pool. Two big hungry crocodiles were swimming inside the pool.
"My crocodiles are hungry. I haven't been able to feed them for a long time. They would be so grateful to have you as dinner"
He signaled the soldier to push him inside the pool. Kim stood up instantly. She has to do something, this isn't right.
She moved slowly away from the spot she was hiding and closer to Alexander. Before she could say something to stop him, the man was thrown inside the pool. Instantly, the crocodiles attacked him and tore him apart. The next thing she saw was his clothes and blood flowing on top of the pool.
Kim's body turned cold upon watching everything. She couldn't move or say anything. She was supposed to hide but her legs betrayed her.
"Change the water," Alexander said turning around. He saw Kim standing like a statue.
"Savior, so you came to save him or what?" he asked her as amusement danced around his eyes.
"W… why did you kill him?"
"You saw what happened. I had my reasons for killing him"
"But—"
"You have no right to interfere in my business. I have warned you" he said walking away. Kim turned to glance at the pool one more time. She saw that the pool was now clean, and the blood water had been changed. The soldiers pressed one button and a transparent glass slid from the pool covering it. She could see how the crocodiles were swimming as if nothing happened.
"Be careful because you might be the next person to go inside. I'm hungry, let's hurry to eat dinner" he said. Kim walked behind him and sat next to him. Everything was still fresh in her head. How he was thrown inside and eaten up by the crocodiles.
Not long after, the maids served them varieties of food. Her stomach growled at the sight of food forgetting what had happened earlier.
Just then, the door flung open. Kim raised her head to see who was there. About five men stepped inside before a beautiful lady wearing a black gown walked inside.
Kim noticed the tears and quivering lips. It was obvious that the lady had been crying.
Olivia gazed landed on the girl sitting close to her future husband. She couldn't believe the news was true. Headlines swirl around the relationship between the President and a mysterious girl. She left the country to solve issues only to come back and meet another woman taking her position. She was even declared the new first lady.
Olivia had been the first lady of Country Z. She was proud of herself thinking she would be his future wife. She couldn't handle the devastating news and she took her flight back to Country Z. She had been crying during her flight praying it wasn't true.
Upon seeing the girl, more tears fell from her eyes.
