"So what happened? Why are you here?" Blue asked and Kim explained everything to her.
"I think it's best to stay here. He won't be able to find you here" Blue said but Kim was still afraid. Alexander might do something stupid if he didn't see her.
Once they were done preparing breakfast, they served the food and sat down to eat.
Milla sat close to Blue so she could put some sense in her head. "You know it's dangerous to keep her here. The President had announced to persecute whoever he sees with her"
"But no one will know during her stay here. Mother she's my friend and I can't let her go" Blue said.
"People already know she's here"
When Kim heard their conversation, she stood up. She didn't like that they were arguing because of her. "I will go"
"No you can't go" Kim snapped.
"Blue stop acting stubborn. If she wants to go she should go"
Blue stood up and turned to Kim. "Let's go to my room"
Kim stood up and followed Blue to her room. Milla wasn't happy at the fact that she would stay here. She picked her phone and dialed the emergency number dropped by the President to call in case they see her.
Kim and Blue stayed in the room discussing random stuff for hours. They slept eat and talked about their stay in the military. Just then, they heard loud footsteps approaching. Kim became more terrified as the thought of Alexander cross her mind.
"Kim I think they're here. You can jump from my window down" Blue said.
"It's too late already. They're here" Kim said.
"No. If you can jump down I will tell them I haven't seen you" Blue said. Just as Kim was about to make her way to the window, the door flung open and Kim closed her mouth in panic. Standing at the door was a tall man whose flawless figure was enhanced by his unique clothing.
"Thinking of escaping?" he smirked.
"Please don't touch her" Blue knelt down crying. Milla rushed inside the room and pulled Blue along. "Don't get yourself into trouble"
"Mother you called them" Kim covered her mouth upon realizing her mother was the one who called them. "Why?"
"I can't put my family in risk. It's better for me to call them than for them to find out"
"Alex?" Kim looked at him. She shouldn't be surprised he already found her so quick.
His black suit complemented his masculine body. His presence was like that of a king. His perfect chiseled face was enough to drive a woman crazy. "Did you have a good time staying here?"
Alexander stared at the girl with an amused face. Before Kim could run out of the room, he walked to her.
"Don't come near me" she warned him.
"It is rude to disrespect your President" he said.
"Don't come closer"
"You need to be punished for stressing me. Do you know how much I've wasted in looking for you?"
"You shouldn't have looked for me" she breathed out. "Just let me go. You're tormenting me"
"Stop acting stubborn and follow me or I'll punish the people you stayed with" he said as the corner of his lips curved into a smile.
Kim followed him outside. She saw Blue who was held tightly by her mom. Their eyes met as Blue tried to communicate to her with their eyes.
Blue asked her are you fine? Should I stop him?
Kim replied to her: You don't have to. I'm fine. She turned her gaze to back to Alexander who was staring at the woman.
"Thank you for calling" he said and signaled the soldier outside to bring something. Kim sensed what was going on. Milla was the one who called the President here.
The guard came inside holding a briefcase. "This is your reward" the guard handed the box to Milla who was shaking in excitement.
"Thank you so much. I appreciate this" Milla said as she bowed her head. She never expected to receive such a huge reward from him. She had heard of him and how he treated people bad but mainly looking at him she doubted it.
Jealousy ran through her eyes as she thought of the huge benefits she would gain if it was Blue.
"Now that everything is settled, I will take my leave" Alexander said before leaving. Kim glanced at the woman one last time. She could see happiness in her eyes. Happy for selling her out?
She walked out of the house angrily. An helicopter was waiting for them outside. Climbing it, she bided Blue goodbye before the helicopter took off.
"If you disobey me next time I won't hesitate to punish you" he said to her.
All her efforts in running was all in vain. She sat down far away from him. Once the helicopter arrived, they all stepped out of it.
He led her to her room before leaving. Kim got inside the bathtub and relaxed herself in it. It felt so relaxing and made her skin look fresh and soft. She closed her eyes and enjoyed the warm bath.
Alex had only stepped out of the room for five minutes and by the time he went to see her, she was already sleeping peacefully in the bathtub. He smiled upon seeing how calm she was. His hand reached for her face to remove the strands of hair from her face but she opened her eyes and caught his hand.
"What are you doing here?" she asked as she hid herself inside the bathtub. She was lucky the lights were turned off.
"Don't sleep in the bathtub. You'll catch a cold" he said before turning to leave. Kim took the towel and dried her body before wearing the pajamas.
She went outside only to see Alexander on her bed sleeping. "Alex?" she hit him but he didn't budge.
Kim bit her lower lip with a frown as she stared at him.
Meanwhile Alex was in a dream land. In the dream, he sat down with Kim. They were under a tree. His gaze didn't break from her, he stared at her as she ate the piece of chocolate cake he gave to her with a smile on her face. She was a special someone in his heart that can't be replaced.
Even when she saw how he killed ruthless people in the basement, she did not run. He raised her chin up planting small kisses on her face. When he saw that she was choking in the cake, he stood up.
"You eat like a child. Let me get you water" he walked inside the house and brought a cup of water with him. Reaching outside, he saw that she was nowhere to be found. Panic shook inside him. Where did she go? She was right here.
He subconsciously looked ahead and saw her with another man. The man stood close to her pinching her nose making her to laugh. He couldn't get to see him because his back was facing him.
"Kim what are you doing there?" he asked. As he was about to pull her away from him, he opened his eyes while panting heavily. The dream felt real and he was afraid she would run away.
He got up from the bed and his eyes scanned the room searching for her. His eyes landed on Kim who was sleeping on the floor with her head on the bed.
He walked to her with a frown on his face. He didn't want her to catch another fever, it would mean he wasn't caring enough. Why did she not sleep next to him? He bent down and picked her up with care like though she was an egg. He placed her on the bed and wrapped the blanket around her.
He went inside the bathroom and splashed some cold water on his face. Raising his head, he stared at the mirror in front of him while holding the towel in place. He dried his face with the towel and went back to the room.
He climbed onto the bed and wrapped his arms around her body. He could not take more risk of her disappearing again. He didn't like the dream. He wasn't happy that she was with another man in the dream. Who might the man be? Who would dare share something that caught his interest with him?
