Nathaniel led Rose to his car, opening the door for her like a gentleman. They both slid into the back seat while Rose gave the directions to her house, to James, Nathaniel's driver.
As they drove on, they chatted about the day's events, laughing and enjoying each other's company. Rose couldn't help but feel a little nervous. Sitting so close to Nathaniel in the confined space of his car, she was acutely aware of his proximity, and she felt her stomach flutter with excitement.
As they approached her house, James slowed down the car, and Rose could feel her nerves start to build. She didn't want the drive to end; she wanted to spend more time with Nathaniel.
The car pulled up to the curb, and Rose could see her house in the distance. She turned to Nathaniel, feeling a little reluctant to say goodbye.
"Thank you for the ride, Nathaniel.". She said, her voice soft.
Nathaniel turned to her, his eyes meeting hers. "It was my pleasure, Rose." He said, his voice also warm.
