TINA
I don’t know how it happened, but everyone in the office knew about the little fiasco we pulled at home for Mr. Aaron Sy. Fast news, I gotta say. As soon as Sir Jiego and I walked into the building side by side, the cheers and whispers were not that discreet. I can hear them saying what a lovely couple we are. I facepalmed. That was quick work, whoever spread the information from the house to the office.
Unlike everyone, Nora seemed displeased of the rumor. She greeted Sir Jiego a good day as we passed her cubicle but she stood up, kept up with my pace and whispered we have something to talk about. Judging by the glare she gave me, I bet it’s all about today’s shocking information. Who knows? I might get a lecture about professionalism and work ethics. Dating my boss, what the hell was I thinking? Something like that.
“Sure, Nora. Right now?”
“Yes, right now. Unless you have something more important to do?”
