A very very long time ago, 120 years to be precise, the war between the four races, vampires, werewolves, hunters and witches, had become quite heated up.
What caused the war was nothing more than a struggle for power. Everyone wanted to prove to be the strongest and stand over the others.
Unfortunately for them, the vampires proved to be really strong and became the winning side. This was as a result of their immense fortune and rarely born traits.
While the werewolves were born with sharp senses and the ability to change their appearance to become one with their beast form, they had a shorter lifespan.
The hunters, comprising of vampire hunters, werewolf hunters and witch hunters, were very skilled but lacked resources.
Though they had the ability to live as long as their targets, it was only a 47 percent chance. Especially when it had to do with vampires.
