Derek banged his head against the wall several times. He couldn't help but blame himself over what happened to Susan.
Seeing her unconscious with unsteady breath just seemed to widened his guilt more.
"It's all my fault!" He said. "I brought her here thinking I'd be able to protect her but I couldn't even keep her safe from my own people." He crouched down and banged the back of his head against the wall.
His head gushed out blood but that was the least of his concerns as he just kept banging his head.
"So, do you think bashing yourself up is gonna solve anything?" Dante asked with a bit of sarcasm in his tone. Derek glared at him. "What? Does bashing yourself up really help relieve your guilt?" Derek simply ignored him.
"What the Lady needs now is nothing more than a quick healing!" Carlson approached with a glass tumbler. "That should be our main priority!"
