Chereads / If These Walls Could Talk 2: Brian / Chapter 58 - 58 Sit boy

Chapter 58 - 58 Sit boy

I walk through the door of the apartment, "Oh Lucy, I'm home!"

I say in the Ricky Ricardo voice. When I don't get a response but hear music in the bathroom, I shut the door and tiptoe my way there. When I hear the shower on and her singing along with the music, I begin stripping out of my clothes to go join her. I'm about to walk into the bathroom when I hear her gasp and whimper. I look in the mirror and see she's touching herself.

"Couldn't wait till I got home so I could take care of that?" I ask her, stepping into the bathroom.

"AHH!" She screams and gasps for breath, "BRIAN! You scared the shit out of me!" She smacks my arm as I chuckle and wrap my arms around her.

"I'm sorry. I just didn't want to be left out, even though it was hot hearing you touch yourself."

I snicker as she flushes from embarrassment.

"You were taking too long to get here." She decided to pout.

I play with her bottom lip with my thumb, "I'm sorry. I was hanging out with your brother." I smile down at her, "But I'm here now, so let me take care of you."

I bend down on my knees in front of her and lift her leg and give her the release she desired. When we exit the shower, we head to the kitchen and start preparing something for dinner.

"So how was your day, beautiful?" I ask her as we sit down to eat.

"Oh, it was alright. Caught up on some custom orders and paintings today. Nothing too spectacular happened really. What about you?"

I let out a heavy breath, "You're not going to believe what someone did to me today..."

After explaining what happened at the office and having to call the police and get them involved too, I'm quiet as I see the rolling of emotions crossing over Sarina's face.

"Sarina?" I ask hesitating.

"Who the fuck did this bitch think she was? She definitely needed help though, because she was fucking delusional. Do you get patients like this often?"

I shake my head, "No, not often, just enough to know how to handle them before they get out of hand. They just don't normally happen after the second visit to my office and don't lie about experiencing some kind of trauma."

"She lied about it all too!" Sarina scoffs, "Why the hell would she do that? Why your offices?"

I shrug, having no clue myself. "No idea. She looked like a street walker though, it was disgusting. Even my secretary was restraining herself from saying something before she even walked into my office. She's the one who suggested the training pad."

"Why do you have training pads in your office?" Sarina asks, curious but hesitant to know at the same time.

"Some patients have support animals, some have issues with their bladders when talking about their trauma and it's easier with the pads than changing out chairs. Less embarrassing for the patient too." I inform her.

She nods, "I can understand that. Well, at least you took care of it with the police. How was my brother today? Was Alyssa working today?"

"She was, and your brother is doing alright. He had a bad coughing fit today, but was able to have it with out it wiping him out physically. I've never seen him look as happy as what he did talking about Alyssa and when she was around."

Sarina sighs, a mixture of emotions swirling through her eyes and sad smile, "They were perfect for each other. Everyone thought they'd get married right out of high school. When she left for college, my brother stopped opening up and hanging out with everyone, even me. I'm glad that they have been able to make amends and she's there for him right now."

I reach over and take Sarina's hand in my own, giving it a comforting squeeze. She smiles as she squeezes back and let's my hand go.

"Did you remember to ask her about the party for him?" She asks, before taking a bite of her food.

I nod, "I did. She's totally on board and offered to have it at her place. She has eight acres and plenty of room for a party of any size at her place. She plans on taking David out there tomorrow night. She welcomed us to come out too, so we can check it out."

Sarina smiles, "I'd like that. But don't you need to do stuff for the club tomorrow?" She picks up her glass of water and sips from it as I finish chewing my food.

"Yes, but I will be taking care of it in the afternoon. I had a cancel this morning for my time slot at one, and since I go to the hospital around two thirty... That gives me about two and a half hours to handle it, leaving us free for the rest of the night." I inform her as we pick up our plates and put leftovers away.

"Who's working tomorrow?" Sarina asks, her back to me as she puts stuff in the fridge.

"Not sure, probably Dass. She had asked Lance if she could pick up extra shifts since she doesn't have Saoirse to help out with rent now."

"...figures...she..."

Sarina grumbles something I don't quite catch as I close the dishwasher.

"I'm sorry, I missed that?" I walk over to her and wrap my arms around her waist.

"It's nothing, I just noticed we needed some butter is all." She says closing the fridge.

She doesn't want to repeat it? Ok.... I look and see we still had two sticks of it, "Did you have something you planned to make?"

She shakes her head, "No, not really. Unless David asks me to make the gooey butter cake we used to enjoy at our grandmas. It takes like four sticks of butter."

"Uh-huh... Why do I feel like that's not what you were talking about?" I ask her, turning her around to look at me. "I can't reassure you on things you don't tell me about."

She huffs and pushes away from my arms and heads to the sofa in the living room, "I don't really care for Dass that much."

Confused, I join her on the sofa, "Why not?"

Sarina rolls her eyes, "I don't know. It seems like she's always giving me these dodgy eyes, almost as if she's asking me questions with out speaking. I don't like it." She crosses her arms and leans back in a huff, grabbing the remote to the tv.

I scratch my head in bewilderment and remind her, "Her and Saoirse broke up not long ago. Maybe she wants to talk to me about her problems but feels intimidated by your presence to ask me? Besides, even if Dass was into men, I'm taken by the most beautiful person I've ever laid eyes on."

Sarina's eyes grow large like a puppies, "Brian..." She starts.

"David has stolen my heart." I dramatically cover my heart and smile at Sarina.

She scowls and smacks my arm, "Shut up, ass." Grumbling she turns the tv on, "You two and your damn bromance...."

I can't help but laugh to myself, seeing her pouting with a scowl, acting like she's ignoring me, even as a smile of her own creeps from the corner of her lips.

"Aww... Don't be mad, baby..." I draw out, placing my face in her view. She dodges it and watches the screen over my shoulder, so I move back in front of her.

She huffs and we do this dance back and forth, my face slowly moving closer to hers, still giving her puppy dog eyes. Suddenly, she grips my ears and kisses me, fast and ferocious, then forces my head down onto her lap.

"Now be a good boy, I'm trying to catch up on my show here." She suppresses a smirk, as I stare slack jawed up at her. She takes one look down at me and snorts with laughter making us both laugh.

After she gathers herself and I get comfortable in her lap, we watch her show together. She runs her fingers through my hair, "I love you, Brian."

I roll in her lap so my I can face her, "I love you too, Sarina."

Her gentle smile has my heart beating fast, she looks so beautiful.

"I don't think I can ever tell you how beautiful you are to me." I let the thought slip from my lips, and watch her cheeks bloom with a rosy glow. "Especially when I make you blush like that."

I lift a hand and caress her cheek, before she leans down and places a kiss on my lips, her breasts threatening to smother me at first.

"Sorry." She giggles, holding them back with her arm.

"No, no, it's okay. I like it." I growl, playfully, nipping at them through her shirt.

She giggles, "Down boy."

"What was that? You want me to go down?" I smirk, making her eyes widen as I roll off the sofa and get between her legs.

She giggles, squishing her legs together, "No! Down boy, sit!"

"I am going down." I give her devilish flash of my teeth before spreading her knees apart.

She backs up squealing, giggling still, "NO! Down boy, bad boy!" For a minute, struggling to keep her knees closed as she tries to pull away from me.

*KNOCK-KNOCK*

We stop what we're doing, exchange a 'oh shit look' and start snickering. I'm still chuckling as I answer the door.

"Hello?!" It's the apartment manager. "How can I help you?"

"Did you get a pet?" He asks quirking a brow at me.

"No, why do you ask?" I stifle a chuckle with a cough behind my hand.

"I could have sworn I heard someone telling a dog to sit and get down just a minute ago."

His eyes dart into my apartment but quickly look at me.

"Nope, sorry, we were just goofing off." I direct a thumb into the living room, feeling the heat creep up the back of my neck.

He gives me a weird look, but continues, "Alright, well... I was handing out the paperwork for the new leases for everyone. There's been some changes in them, so please take the time to read them again." He hands a contract over to me.

"Thank you, have a good evening." I take it and close the door. I toss the contract on the counter by the trash and turn to Sarina.

"Oops." Sarina giggles at the shit eating grin I know I have on my face.
