Sasha woke up from her sleep when she heard her phone ringing. She hissed when she saw it was Jennifer calling.
"Oh! Jenni." She greeted groggily.
"Did I wake you up?" Jennifer asked.
"No, Are you leaving now?" Sasha asked as she slowly sat up.
"Yeah. I am at the airport. Sasha, Are you alright?" Jennifer is still worried.
"I am fine...Okay... Safe journey." Sasha said.
"Okay. If anything happens call me" Jennifer said.
"Okay. I will hang up." Sasha said.
Sasha grumpily rolled off her bed and walked to the door. She blinked rapidly when she saw who was standing outside the door so early in the morning.
"Ryan...?" Sasha looked at him in a daze.
"Where are you going?" Ryan asked.
"Ah...I...want to..."
Noticing her stupified state, Ryan sighed and scooped her into his arms, and that jolted Sasha back to her senses.
"Ryan...?" Sasha struggled to get down from his hands, but the man held her tightly.
"You're so light-weighted," Ryan said as he carried to the couch.
"Do you want something?" Ryan replied before placing her on the couch.
"I want to talk about Hospital bills....."
"I already take care of that." He simply replied. "I will call the Doctor." He turned to leave but Sasha suddenly held his hand.
Ryan's eyes fell on Sasha's hold on his wrist, he raised his gaze to her and noticed her questionable look. He sat back down and looked at her fully.
"What is it?" He asked while Sasha glanced at him for a while she opened her mouth. "Ryan, Please. Don't make it hard for me. I am very thankful to you but...Please don't"
As expected, Ryan's expression turned grim, and that expression sent a chill down Sasha's spine.
"Sasha, when I said I like you, that meant I'll take care of you and protect you will all I have, my life included. Consider this as my practice session, so don't say thank you neither should you apologize."
"No matter what, Ryan…"
Before Sasha could even finish her words, Ryan's long fingers had already gone to her chin and he gave it a soft pinch.be discharged you will be discharged. So, Take a rest."
Sasha couldn't help the way she was feeling right now. She was feeling giddy and her heart was beating too fast.

Anna placed her hands as she swept at the table, and then her attention lingered on the man gradually stirring soup in front of the cooking stove.
Meanwhile, Sean could feel a pair of eyes staring at her. He need not guess when the only person with him is Anna.
He turned his head to the railings. He was right. Anna is watching her from upstairs. Upon their eyes met Anna pushed a gentle smile and uttered, "Is there anything that I can be raised with?."
Sean raised his chin and said, "Put it on me."
"What?" She asked. But then, Anna saw the pink rabbit on the apron… and realized that a cold person like him might not suit this cute clothing style.
"That apron!" Sean lowered his head to her.
"Okay." Anna stood on her tiptoes and hung the apron over his neck, then came around to his back and tied it up for him.
When Sean was busy dealing with the ingredients, Anna did not think that it was proper to stand around doing nothing beside him. So what she did instead was stand by his side, and give him some plates to put things on.
The fragrance of green vegetables floated to Anna. He couldn't help but look at the two dishes.
The shredded lettuce was shiny. They were mixed with bright red millet peppers. Just the colour was appetizing.
Sasha scooped a spoonful of soup and gently blew it before putting it inside her mouth. Her eyes sparkled whenever she ate her food and Sean liked the look in her eyes. He kept placing food on her plate while she kept eating whatever he gave her.

Arriving at Anna's apartment building, Sean parked the car and stepped out, going around the car to help Anna out.
"I will see you off till your door," Sean said.
"You don't have to. I can go in myself. Moreover, I have troubled you enough already for today." Anna said giving him an apologetic look.
"Lead the way," Sean replied as if he didn't hear what Anna had just said.
Arriving at her apartment Sasha said, "Thank you."
"Wait..." Looking at the door with his scrutinizing eyes, Sean found that the door was not completely shut.
"Stay close to me." Sean holds her hands suddenly making Anna tense up.
Sean observed the door lock only to find it broken. Looking at the surroundings he couldn't help but frown. The entire house was turned upside down. It was a mess.
"Looks like someone broke in." He said looking at Anna who was standing by the door, flabbergasted.
Anna rushed to her bedroom. She rummaged through her closet and finally found the file bag she was looking for. She checked the file to find all her documents in there in perfect condition.
Sean turned his head to the little lady. "Do you have any idea who might have done this?"
Anna looked up at him, shaking her head slowly. "I don't."
"What are you going to do?" Sean asked worriedly, looking at her with concern evident in his eyes.
"I will file a complaint to the person in charge of the building later on, till then I will stay at my friend's place." She said.
"Friend? Who?" Sean cocked his brows.
"Don't worry! He is my childhood friend. I will call him." She glanced at Sean and saw his expression turn cold.
"Who said I am worried about you?" Sean replied, slightly furrowing his brows. "Is your friend trustworthy?" Sean asked in different voice.
Anna look at Sean and nodded her head. Sean continued to gaze at her for some very long minutes and Anna became uncomfortable.
"Trustworthy. My foot!" Sean sneered, standing firmly on his ground. There was no way he would let her live with someone else until he gets to the bottom of the matter.
"You are leaving with me, you can not stay here. You will stay at my place until the matter is resolved." Sean said as if it was not a big deal.
"W-What?" Anna was confused by his statement.
"I will wait for you in the living room. Pack your stuff." Sean said before heading outside.
Anna opened her mouth to say something but Sean already walked out of her bedroom. After twenty minutes Anna came with a trolley bag in tow and a big handbag in the other one.
