#Chapter29
/"No, Daddy. I just think I scared myself into thinking you'd want to eventually be with somebody older./"
/"Shouldn't that be the other way around?/" A soft chuckle sounded. A delicate kiss was pressed against the corner of Lucien's mouth, then another dead centre. /"I should be worried about you wanting a younger model, no?/"
He shook his head firmly. Lucien had dated his own age. None of them had worked out. Harrison, his first real boyfriend, had cheated on him, humiliating him in the process. Logan had still been in the closet, which was fine, but he'd grown tired of being treated like a dirty little secret. Kyle had just been . . . Kyle.
Angel treated him with respect. He treated him with the affection he craved. He made him feel special. It could have been a fluke, or perhaps the age difference was to thank, but he was fine with going older if that was variance.
