MING ZHU'S POV
"Madonna!" I heard the Italian woman who turned out to be my mother in this surprising situation curse.
"Bianca, stai bene?" she asked if I was okay in Italian while she kept on checking every part of my body worriedly.
"Sto bene mamma," I replied back in Italian unconsciously.
"Cazzo!" I cursed.
Fuck! This is driving me crazy. I wonder how I, a Chinese who has never for once study Italian understands and knows how to speak fluently.
The situation I am in now is quite surprising and alarming at the same time.
The strange reflection I saw in the mirror and all that has been happening now has made me come to a realization of this shocking experience.
While less busy or unable to sleep, I had always read novels and sometimes come across various surprising things on the net.
It was until today, that I can say I truly believe all I have seen and read was true.
I mean, is it truly possible for one to reincarnate because that seems to be the best explanation for my situation right now.
On checking the mirror, I realized I was now in the body of an Italian girl who is luckily beautiful and has long blonde hair.
Not like I was not beautiful in my real body before I switched but one thing still surprises me above all.
Can one reincarnate without knowing it?
While trying to find the best explanation for my dilemma, more foreign memories swarmed my head like bees to honey.
The memories seemed to belong to Bianca. The owner of the body which I am in now but that's not the only thing, I think I am in trouble now.
Bianca is truly the wife of Don Alessandro.
Hold on, not wife yet because they are yet to get married but she has been sold to him.
What sort of luck do I even posses?
Even with my second chance, I am still bad with luck. How come I had to reincarnate into the body of a twenty one year old who has been used to pay off debt?
Arghh. Yang Ming Zhu!
"You need to rest some more Bianca. Guilia would be coming over this afternoon. I already sent a text to her while Don Alessandro was here. I know she will be so happy to see you," my mother said and I nodded before laying down back on the bed.
Hold on… Who is Guilia?
The name sounds familia but I just can't pin point where I've heard it from.
While trying my best to think deeply on who the Guilia was, an unfamiliar man walked into the room.
He was also dressed in black suit.
I wonder why all the men I've been meeting today are dressed in black.
"Mrs. Mancini, Don Alessandro has requested me to pick up Mrs. Marino," the man said while I stared at my mother.
Why so many unfamiliar names today?
By the way, Who is the Mrs. Marino they are talking about?
"Please, kindly inform Don Alessandro that she is yet to recover. As you can see, she is still pale as she has just woken up about a hour ago," my mother pleaded.
It was until then I understood clearly who the supposed Mrs. Marino is.
I am Mrs. Marino.
I wish I can have someone to talk to, or at least, get a break from all this because I am about to go crazy.
"Just take a breath Ming," I whispered to myself while breathing in and out as I watched my mother argue with the man in black.
"I can put a call to Don Alessandro myself and talk to him. Bianca needs more just. The doctor said so before she awoke. Besides, the doctor hasn't been informed of her consciousness yet," my mother said again to the man but he won't just listen.
"The doctor has been informed and had declared her to be discharged. Don Alessandro has completed payment of the bills. Her treatment will be continued as soon as she leaves the hospital. Don Alessandro has already hired for her a live in nurse," the man informed and my mother sighed.
"Okay. If you say so but…" My mother began but stopped as the man's phone rang.
"Yes Don. Just minor issues. Her mother is hesitating. Alright Don," was all I heard the man say before the door was flung open.
"Don…" the man drawled while locking eyes with his feet just like my mother.
Truth be told, the man, Don Alessandro has a domineering presence that I can't just get used to.
"Is there a problem Mrs. Mancini?" Alessandro asked frankly.
He must have been close to the ward already while making the call with the strange man.
"N… No. Not at all Don Alessandro," my mother replied.
For a second, it broke my heart seeing how pitiful she looks whenever Alessandro was near by. That alone had made me hate the man to the core.
How dare he treat people this way?
"Get up. We need to leave," Alessandro said to me coldly while I glared at him before returning my gaze to the opposite position.
"Are you deaf? Has something come over you?" I heard him say while still pretending not to hear him.
He moved closer to me and took my hand in his grip, dragging me off the hospital bed.
"Do you want to hurt me the more? Why are you dragging me? Can't you see I'm still ill?" I snapped at him unconsciously while I watched him look at me in surprise.
"That won't do it," I heard him mumble.
In the split of a second, he yanked away the hospital blankets and carried me on his back like a sack of rice.
"Drop me Alessandro! Drop me you crazy man," I yelled as he carried me out of the ward, straight to the elevator.
Still hitting him on the back, I yelled crazily while yanking my legs in the air as he continued walking out of the hospital without saying a word.
