Chapter 1 - Chapter 1

Singapore, 01 June 2015

The sound of the alarm clock rang loudly, trying to wake me who was still sleeping on the bed.  I hid my body under a thick blanket made of very fine and soft fleece.

My hand reaches for the alarm clock on the table with my eyes still half-closed, rubs it repeatedly then yawns widely.  When I opened my eyes, I saw an all-white scene, from accessories, stationery, and dolls, to the blanket I was wearing. For some reason, since I moved from Chicago, white has become the most special color in my life.  I think white symbolizes a position because through white I feel that I am always beside Mother.

At the dining table, Aunt Chelsea prepared breakfast for me.  As she ways pampers me like her own child.  Aunt Chelsea is indeed very good, the figure of her presence makes me forget about Mother for a moment.

"Good morning, dear.  Come here, have breakfast first!" She said stroking my hair beautifully in a simple white headband.

"Morning."  I smiled reaching for my favorite chocolate milk.

"How have you been studying lately?  Is everything okay?" She asked reaching for a piece of bread that had been smeared with chocolate jam and handing it to me.

"Okay, Auntie, there's no problem," I replied, taking a bite of the bread that was thrust at me.

"Thank God, Auntie knows that you are a smart kid who can follow everything well.  Oh yes, dear, Auntie can I ask something or not?"

"Yes, what's wrong?"

"Don't you miss your father, Alea?  You haven't seen each other in four years." Aunt Chelsea looked a little nervous, maybe she was afraid that I would be offended by her question. Seriously, the question made me swallow an unpleasant bitter pill.

Uuuhuukk..... Uuhuukk...

The milk changed the taste and couldn't pass through my throat smoothly.  I rubbed my chest as I coughed.  My eyes widened in disbelief because, after so many years, this was the first time he had asked such a question.

"No need to talk about that person, Auntie, it's not important!  I don't remember him anymore, I think he's dead." I said nonchalantly with a sharp tone.

"Alea, he is still your father. At least respect your father's sacrifice. You remember, back when you just moved to Singapore your father used to come here often, and you kicked him out instead.  your father never came here."  She took a deep breath.

"Maybe he doesn't remember us anymore, he's busy with his mistress, time.  Why is Aunt worried about him?  Want to be happy, want to be miserable, want to live, want to die, I don't care." My tone was curt.

Aunt Chelsea just shook her head at my words.  I immediately got up from the chair to the car that every day took me to school.  Since living in Singapore, I attended a private school called high school Sentero.

Aunt Chelsea is a successful hard worker.  Now, she is a manager at a well-known magazine company in Singapore.  She is still single, but already has a lot of things.  Starting from a luxury house, including two cars of his own.

Breakfast was over, and we got into the car and sat in the back seat.  Aunt Chelsea came home early today, so she was deliberately escorted by Mr. Abu, a driver who has worked for ten years.

A few minutes later, I arrived at the school gates.  My feet stepped lightly, in a shirt and hot pants carrying a tote bag, accessories, and a plain watch.

My long hair fell beautifully so that it was undeniable that many eyes stared in awe at me.  Some of the female students also looked envious of me.  Since entering this school, I am indeed famous for my beauty and intelligence.  Many men have crushes, and the best values are easily achieved.

Sentero competes to study here.  This school is famous for being elite and expensive, so not everyone gets the best opportunity to study at the Sentero School which is very well known for its discipline.

The current Alea is different from the old Alea.  Alea is now farther away from the creator.  If god s me, surely He will not take Mother from me.  That's how it is in my mind.  Everything has changed I'm not a good girl.  I've been reluctant to think about the problem of sin, it's up to you whether you want to sin or not.

"Hi..... Alea" greeted the Cliquers consisting of seven handsome and rich guys. I just smiled wryly and walked over arrogantly.

They were all ex-boyfriends that I broke up with for no reason and just left, whether they were hurt or not.  I admit, my principles are great for me, men are like clothes, if you get bored, just change them.

It's very easy to get them all.  Oh yes, one more thing, only handsome and rich men made it into my dictionary.  Just imagine, in a week, I was able to conquer ten men.  The longest courtship is about a month, the shortest is a day.

I have nicknames for people who hate me.  Rotating trophy.  Yes, that's my calling, meaning to jump from one heart to another, no matter if they are friends in the same room.

It should be underlined, I am indeed a feminine woman, but I know a little about martial arts as protection, just in case they have bad intentions.  With that martial arts, I can easily break their bones into crumbs.

Honestly, I hate it all.  I want to see them all suffer, feel my suffering all this time.  To this day, I continue to struggle to put on a mask to not look weak in front of them.

As usual, I walked with indifferent steps and immediately sat on the second seat of the third row without caring about the busyness and activities of other people.  It made many men even more curious because I was mysterious, you could say I was a very secretive girl.  Even to my friends I never tell them about my family life.
