The men tried to figure out over and over again what their Lord was thinking.
Grey ran his hand through his red hair as he thought over and over again. He couldn't understand how the girl didn't stay under his spell. For the first time in four hundred years, he couldn't compell a human.
It had never happened before. He was even powerful enough to compell some Vampires, he wondered why he couldn't compell an ordinary human girl.
His eyes went over to Lucas, he was sure Lucas was also thinking about the girl, after all he threatened to kill her. Lucas didn't like humans but there was something about the girl ... she was strange. He had never met a person Grey couldn't compell or control.
They were surprised and also not surprised at their lords decision to let her go but they weren't worried. Their Lord was always a thousand steps ahead. They knew he must be thinking about something.
"You guy are all thinking about the girl aren't you?" Fiona knew the answer but she asked it either way.
"She's weird." She added as her mind wandered over to what happened earlier. The girl was interesting and Fiona couldn't help but feel that there is more to her. Fiona was although a werewolf she had been in the vampire clan for more than a century since her mate was a vampire. Fiona wasn't a vampire but she knew that human had no power against a vampire especially when being compelled.
"There is a reason Lord Azazel let her go." Bellamy said. He was sure his Lord was up to something.
"Of course. Goddess knows what goes on in his head."Fiona wondered, Her wolf whimpered agreeing with her. Fiona feared Azazel, all of them does. He was a cruel, cold an heartless Lord but he always protects them.
Bellamy ran his han his hand through his long hair and his hand went to the black hair band that sat on his wrist.
He remembered when Lucas introduced himself as a three hundred years old vampire and introduced him as a werewolf, her response was unexpected as she just introduced herself back casually. She was honest and Bellamy definitely not used to honesty.
Azazel knew they were thinking about Bloom, he also was. There was something about her. He couldn't place it and he found her... amusing and interesting.
Nothing have amused or interested Azazel in years which makes the girl more fascinating. She was strange. His lips rose up in a smirk that lot of people over the century have named the devil's smile, he couldn't wait to see her again.
