"You don't get to ask the question Azura." Grey growled at the witch in anger.
"I'm just asking where you found the human Grey. I didn't think it would be a huge deal." Azura rolled her eyes at the annoyed grumpy vampire.
"What did you do to her Azura?" This time Bellamy asks also curious at what Azura did to Bloom.
"Honestly...I did nothing to her." Azura said sincerely.
"Are you sure?" Lucas asked looking unconvinced.
"I promise." Azura assured.
"Then what was that last night. She looked at the picture and she became different. She wasn't herself. It was like she-she was in a uhh..." Bellamy couldn't find a right word for it.
"In a trance." Azura completed.
"Azura." The authoritative voice of Lord Azazel echoed in the room.
Azazel knew something happened. He needed to know what. Azura knew Lord Azazel was demanding am explanation from her.
"It was like she was being pulled. Complled." Azura was also trying to make sense of the situation.
"Bloom can't be compelled Azura." Grey said.
"What?"
"I've done it before. She can't be compelled and when she came i secretly had other Vampires do it. It didn't work. She can't be compelled." Grey explained.
"That's fascinating." Azura leaned back and thought of the human.
"The story she said. It was of the First war. The father war right?" Bellamy asked the room and Azura nodded in affirmation.
"How did she even know that?" Lucas thought loudly.
"She said he was breaking free. " Azura pointed out the obvious. The one all of them were mostly thinking of.
"You don't think she's right, are you?" Bellamy turned to Azura.
"It was like she was there. She could see it. Feel it. I could feel it. She was as drawn to it. " Azura stood up and paced the room.
"He was always going to be free we knew that we just didn't know when. I guess we do now." Azura told the room.
"What. Really? You are going to believe that human?" Lucas asked in disbelief.
"Yes Lucas that human. Don't look at me like I'm stupid. You felt it too didn't you. The air around her. You could feel it, smell it, taste it. She was gone. You know I'm right Lucas." Azura stood in front of Lucas looking into his eyes and she saw the confirmation in his eyes.
"We've always known there'll be a sign. The council knew but we always thought it would be a black moon but maybe it isn't. " Azura ran her fingers through his hair.
"Does this mean he's coming back after over a millennium?" Grey asks.
"Not necessarily. We don't know how or when he's coming but the council I've always been prepared for it. He may come back a thousand years to this day but-"
She looked at the room. Her eyes held fascination and excitement.
"That human is something. A human that can't be compelled. A human that can see through the painting that was made by the very powerful witches a thousand years ago." Azura was almost jumping on her feet.
"It is unheard of. I didn't think I'll see this in my life time." She giggled.
"Don't go near her Azura." Lord Azazel warned.
He knew Azura would want to test her. Azura might be his friend and his trusted advisor but the she had known the woman a very very very long time. Almost a thousand years and he knows how much she loves experiments.
"Why?" Azura grumbled.
"Aren't you curious?" Azura tried to persuade him but Azazel was made up.
"No. She's mine." Azazel growled. His voice shook the room and the people in it.
Azura held her hand up in.
"Okay. I'm sorry." She gave up.
"She's yours. I get it. Now I'm more curious about this human , she has the might Lord Azazel tied around her little fingers." Azura let out a laughter as she left the huge study, her laughter could still be heard in the hallway.
"We should figure out exactly what Bloom is" Grey said.
"We will. I've ordered a full background check. A full check of her ancestry and bloodline." Bellamy said.
"Good." Azazel said.
"I'll go see if she's awake." Grey told the room before leaving the study.
