He was still feeding me when he popped some words out of the blues.
"Eh, babe... I think we should get married soon", he said, trying to avoid making eye contacts.
I choked hard over his words. He quickly rushed to get me a glass of water and helped me gulp it down. Then, he patted my back gently.
"Married?", I asked when I finally calmed myself. I looked really astonished. Frankly speaking, I didn't expect it. He nodded in response.
"Mhmm! What do you think?", Adrian asked.
What a ridiculous question, lol. He knew my reply already. Like, I'd been waiting for this day. To spend the rest of my life by his side was my biggest dream. He was about making it come true. I'd become the luckiest girl alive once this is made reality.
"Yeah! Yeah!! A fucking yes, baby!", I screamed happily. I was being way too overactive now.
"Okay, okay. Calm down, babe", Adrian laughed.
I waited for his laughter to subside. "Lol, so... when?", I asked. Oh shit! that just came out of nowhere.
"Right away!", Adrian said, jumping to his feet.
"You can't be serious right now, babe", I said, giggling a bit. He was being sarcastic.
"You seem to have gotten fond of me, that's nice", Adrian grinned, applauding me loudly.
"Offcourse! I'm your wife, what do you expect?", I asked, making a cute pout on my face.
"Really? Then, show me", Adrian said, pulling up his chin.
"What?", I asked confusingly, with a raised brow.
"Our wedding certificate, offcourse", Adrian said, trying to imitate my pout.
"Oh! babe, you got me there. Funny you",she said, laughing out loudly.

Soon, he was done with feeding me. His food was really cold now and he could throw up if he ever got to eat cold meals. I helped him place it in the microwave to warm it up. It was no big deal actually. There's no possible way I could repay him for everything, from the day he came into my life.
It was growing dark already. I didn't want my mum to get worried about me. I couldn't stay much longer. I waited for Adrian to be done eating. Meanwhile, I engaged myself in Netflix till he was done. It was a romance movie we didn't get to complete the last time I came around.
He saw me off to the gate and bade me goodbye. He pecked me lightly on the cheek. I had network issue in attempt to book a ride. He insisted on dropping me at my place but I turned him down. So, he flagged down a cab for me to get home safely.
My accomplishment was halfway completed. Just a matter of time. His scent still lingered on my clothes when I got home. It reminded me of him, our memories and everything we shared. *Sighs. My mum was just returning from work when I arrived. I wasn't late afterall. I greeted her and made my way to my room.
