Alexander told his mother of his unique way of strengthening his divine spark and the divine law he fused with.
She could understand purity quite easy, and it filled her with honor when he talked about his family being the trigger for his purity to fuse completely with him.
His other law however she could not understand at all. Just what was the law of black hole?
Alexander had not thought of a better name for the law.
Laws themselves did not tell their names. It was the gods that interpreted them and used them.
In Alexanders case, he somehow obtained a law that could suck matter into himself and purify it into energy.
His own divine law of purity had little to do with pure acts. It was more of a cleansing type of purity so to speak of.
As his laws fused together with him and his core, both became equal.
He was no god of pure, or a god of black hole.
The coolest name he could come up for it now, that put the two laws together was 'Black radiance'
It was not a perfect representation, but nonetheless a fitting one.
If he was hungry or crazy enough, he could easily become a eater of worlds.
His own innate ability bottomless pit was now more fitting than ever.
"So the goddess of creation gave you something that was normally meant to be just a carrier type artifact for angels to draw upon the power of the gods.
But you used it in your own way because your true form is a soul and somehow became a god through fusing with a divine law."
Joan was passively cooking with her magic while talking to him.
"I've seen many crazy things that elf players have done in the last week that put the entire human population of players to shame, but your story even tops all of those inventions.
And we elves created a god damn mental-link network that is better than the internet that connects over a hundred elves."
Alexander was impressed. His mother spoke of a network, but he did not expect it to be so sophisticated.
"I am just built different. Literally."
Joan punched his shoulder a little bit.
"It's rude to compare a gift given by the gods to you as "Skill"."
That was true, Alexander knew that, but he skillfully turned this gift into something greater than it was meant to be.
"Right, I wanted to ask something else about your godhood. What rank are you? Can you for example win against Zeus?"
That was an interesting question. He himself though that he was low to mid rank when it came to gods.
However, he couldn't be sure about it because the gods did not really fight in eons.
"I don't know. But to quantify my power is hard. The entire energy system that I created differs to greatly from the other gods."
Alexander told his mother about the pure energy and the conversion process it went through and compared it to the conventional method he got told.
"Is there a limit of how much energy you can take in?"
Alexander grinned and shook his head.
"The only problem I can have is the absorption speed. At the start I did not fear anything, but I don't think that I can just take in an atom bomb or even bigger things."
Joan thought hard about the problems his son had. In the little time she spent in the other world, she got to experience magic from the elder of her race. Some concepts they told her were even new to her as a veteran magic enthusiast.
"Have you though about the thing dad uses? He uses his space to store anything. Can't you use the same and funnel the matter gradually in so that it won't strain yourself?
Or have you thought about enlarging the purification area? From your descriptions it sounds like you have always been sucking everything into a single point. Would a greater surface area mean higher absorption?"
Bombarded by the questions his mother asked of him, he let his mind ponder over answers for her questions.
To use the void to deflect some of the damage was surely good. But the void itself was some kind of energy that he could convert.
One of his possible energy sources was the void itself.
Enlarging the space would make sense. Alexander wondered if he could just spread out his aura to purify the mana.
As Alexander and his mother talk more about the possibilities of his powers, Elly entered the room unnoticed and hugged Alexander from behind.
"You are finally back!!! How are you feeling? Is everything okay?"
Despite their differences and constant bantering, Elly still loved her brother.
To suddenly vanish like he did and not coming back for two days was uncool.
She cared too much for him as to not miss him.
Alexander turned around and hugged her back.
He patted her head and quickly explained what he did.
Elly quickly understood what he told her and got red hot angry at him for not letting her come with him.
Be it to heaven or his declaration, she wanted to be part in it.
He punished someone for evil deeds and worshipping of demons, but his own sin was keeping his family and especially his sister out of the picture.
"I am sorry oh great Elly of the feisty fire."
If before she was red because she was angry, now she was more of a pinkish hue because she was blushing.
"Stop distracting me with weird titles. Only you can call yourself Alexander the fluffy with a straight face."
Alexander morphed his head to have fluffy ears and turned around also creating a tail.
"But I look beautiful with it. You just cannot comprehend that I have become cuter than you."
Alexander winked cheekily at Elly and their mother laughed from the background.
She was still cocking the food with magic and never stopped while her kids were talking.
By now she even set the table and prepared serving the food without them noticing.
"Food is ready. Come sit and argue while eating something."
All three of them sat at the table and ate Joan's special curry.
Both her kids loved curry but she enriched it this time with magic ingredients her husband brought from the other world.
The spices she used were more than oriental.
Her kids practically inhaled the curry as this was by a large margin the best curry their mother had ever made.
"Mom, what the hell did you put in the curry to make it this good? I know you are a good cook, but this exceeds your normal meals."
Joan put on a smile and shook her head.
"Trade secret."
Alexander was not impressed by this answer, but he could not get away from the food and took in more and more.
Elly and himself ate more than three plates of curry until they had enough.
Joan looked at her cute and fluffy boy with excitement.
"So Alex, what are your plans for now? I mean the stupid Americans launched missiles on you. Will you take them on next?"
Silence fell. Alexander was in deep thought. On his to do list stoop at top priority the armament of his angel legion.
But that needed a lot of energy. He was in dire need of a large source of mana.
To play satellite in space and absorbing the sunlight would work, but that was a rather slow method.
The best-case scenario for him would be to go to the other world and absorb an entire mana crystal vein.
But for that he first had to find one.
Going to places where the mana concentration was very high would also work.
But again, he had no idea where to find such places and to absorb a forest again was also not his intention.
"It's hard. I need a lot of mana for my plans, but I don't want to destroy a lot of places."
There was one thing he could do.
Questing was always an option. It was a win-win for him and the goddess of creation.
He was getting rid of her problems, and he was absorbing mana in the process.
"I also need to learn how to fight. My energy reserves are massive, but I also use a ton of energy while creating swords. I may be a God, but I am still a very weak god.
Sure, I could cast lightning and do casual God stuff but when it comes to miracles I am out of order."
Elly and Joan entered strategy mode.
They wanted to help him as much as they could.
Elly raised a question that was on her mind ever since she heard that Alexander became a God.
"Can you also gather faith like the other gods? That is the primary income of their power, is it?
That was a good question. Technically he should be able to absorb faith.
But only a few people truly believed in him, and their power was not noticeable for him.
Even the passive absorption of light was greater than the faith he received right now.
"I get faith power. But few believe in me. I need to do something great so that people like me.
A marketing campaign would be great. Also, plushies. I want plushies for my wolf form."
Joan and Elly started laughing. They both believed in him but they both had to laugh at the fact that he was still having his silly moments.
He was so depressed that he was not special a few days ago that he in return got too powerful all by himself.
To stand high was good, but every little mistake, every little fail, would greatly impact ones standing.
He was being careful of what he did. Not to negatively impact his own image.
"What will you do about your normal life? You basically reveled your human form."
Elly said to him with a full belly and slouched into her seat.
"Damn!" She was right. He had revealed his form. Did he really need to get a new form just to walk around uninterrupted?
"Mom I have a question for you."
Joan looked at him questioningly. She knew that he was brewing something dumb up again.
"Didn't you say often enough that life would have been so much easier if you had twin girls?"
Joan was speechless. She connected the dots of what he just said and what he was about to do.
And so did Elly.
"NOOOOO, MOM STOP HIM!!!"
Elly screamed but it was too late.
Alexander already scanned her as he asked his mother.
He did not need to actively touch his target anymore. They just needed to be in his presence.
As Alexander touched Elly's hand, he started to quickly change into a perfect copy of her.
It was basically just his normal form but now female.
This form was closer to his standard one than his wolf form.
So he didn't really need to get familiar with it.
"WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO ME!!!"
Elly was punching at her now sister and even threw a fireball here and there.
"Am I Alexandra now, or should I call myself Alexis? Mom what were you going to name us if we both were girls? I think you should decide."
A small gate to heave opened over the table and out came a card and a bottle.
The card was engraved with golden letters that read 'You need it more than me now -Liliana'
Alexander started to laugh hard as his mother read the card.
His mother looked at the bottle in question suspiciously.
Did the gods look at their private life for fun and felt bad for her?
"Haaaaaa~, to be honest I don't know. Before we got to the names, we already knew your gender.
Joan thought hard of what to do now. She was invested in the whole gender change thing for the cover up, but what really got her was the realization that the gods were actually watching them.
But she only knew of one. Just how many were watching them?
