Chapter 26 - Great Auditorium

With the orphanage in disarray there were a couple way things could go, the staff would either comencé a lockdown making things that much more difficult or they would also find their own organization in disarray.

Max had made Van and Erika aware of the possibilities of this plan but either way they we're following through with the plan as both sides had their up sides and their downsides.

They hoped for the latter possibility with the staff losing themselves in disarray, however they were bound for the unexpected to occur as what looked like a barrier was erected in the sky forming a dome over the entire orphanage.

And an announcement was mad over a speaker making the announcement heard across every inch of the orphanage.

"We have been made aware of a rumor going around and would like to ádrese all the orphans at once, please report to the grand auditorium at the north end of the campus, this area will be opened to the orphans for the time being the staff will be on the streets to help guide you there." The voice of an aged male sounded.

All the orphans looked at each other, the ones that were trying to escape that hadn't been captured yet thought about it and decided it'd be a smart idea to check it out after all who wanted to run away from the place they knew as home.

Van, Max, and Erika had already rendezvoused and hearing the announcement of the staff addressing everyone together didn't sound at all like a good idea and was definitely throwing a spike in their plans.

They had no choice but to attend as the rumor and the students actions had already put the orphanage on high alert also the announcement made it known that the staff had an organized reaction to this event causing them to believe the other route would likely be sealed off by the staff.

Van and Erika looked to max for what to do in this situation since he was the mastermind of this entire escape and they didn't know how to react to sudden changes in the plan.

"It's probable best if we go to this meeting I'm sure the staff is posted in more areas than just those leading to the grand auditorium." Max said with a sigh as this was the worsts possible case scenario.

Little did he know what awaited them was the longest and most arduous path he'd walk his entire life.

Like this all the orphans made their way to the great auditorium while the staff on the sides of the roads politely guided them towards the Great auditorium.

After about 50 minutes of walking the Great auditorium began to fill. The auditorium resembled that of an opera house with 4 stories as the orphans came in and were seated. Once every orphan was inside amounting to 11,355 that auditorium door audibly locked causing many students to panic.

Van, Max and Erika weren't an exception as they started to question if they should have ran away earlier with the other students.

Just as everyone was panicking a man in an expensive suit walked out onto the stage along with vixen.

The orphans began to shout at the two people on stage as some rushed to the doors trying to break free to no avail.

At this moment Vixen and the man in the Suit released their auras, causing primal fear and trepidation to rise in the hearts of every single orphan in the room.

'What is this? Why it my entire body shaking I don't think I can even move my eyes from them.' Almost every orphan thought to themselves.

[They're strong but I see why their using these kids if these are the upper echelon outside of the game of this universe. Then those in that game this universe made must be the true strength this universe offers.] The system said making light of the two monsters max was facing right now.

The only reason his system was able to downplay their strength to such an extent was because the universe it originated from had already evolved into a true universe so this level of strength was common even among those that didn't dedicate their life to growing stronger.

The room was eerily quiet as everyone waited for the two figures on the stage to speak.
