***The Grey's Mansion***
"So how about you take a quick shower while I will set the table," Austin suggested as he kissed her forehead.
"Love you," She said as she went upstairs.
Austin smiled as he concentrated on setting the table.
"Have a seat, my love," Austin said as he pulled the chair for her to sit.
"Thank you." She smiled as she made herself comfortable.
Austin served her and they are in complete silence.
"Is there something you want to talk to me about," Austin asked when they sat on the sofa after eating?
"What makes you think I have something to talk to you about," Scarlet asked
"You are my wife and I know when you want to tell me something but can't say it because you don't want to offend me," Austin said.
"So in such cases what do you suggest I do," Scarlet asked.
"Just say it you should know am better than that," Austin said.
"You know I love you right?" Scarlet spoke.
"I can sense a but at the end of that sentence," Austin said.
"But this......yeah this is becoming suffocating." She said which made him raise his eyebrow.
"I know you are keeping me safe but I feel like am dying here." Scarlet paused.
"But you are pregnant and I need to keep you save." Austin reasoned.
"Yeah. I get that but it doesn't mean you should suffocate me with your presence. Right now am not allowed to do anything in the house. Which you find relaxing but in the future, it will have diverse effects on me and the baby." Scarlet concluded.
"I understand what you are saying. So what do you want from me." He asked.
"Please allow me to fly. Let me do as am pleased." Scarlet said
"What if while you are fling you hurt yourself," Austin asked.
"That's why I have you I don't need you to prevent me from flying, I need you to protect me from falling." What if am not on time to protect you from falling.
"I trust that you will always be on time," Scarlet said as she curled up into his arms and kissed him.
"I guess I have no say in this right." He mumbled under his breath.
"You are really lucky that I love you." He added as he scooped her into his arms and began to walk towards the bedroom.
"And you are also lucky I love you more," Scarlet muttered.
***Next day at the Leblanc Mansion***
"Will you hurry up Al!" Old Leblanc shouted.
"We are running late, we were supposed to be there 30 minutes ago." He added hoping his son will just comply and step out of his room.
"Why did you wake up late?" He asked and still no answer from him.
"Hmmm....." He sighed in frustration.
"For crying out loud Al it's already 10 am." He added while staring at his door from downstairs.
"Relax Old Man, am here." Al smiled as he descended the stairs.
"I thought for a second that perhaps you had passed away." Old Leblanc said.
"Sorry to disappoint," Al said coldly.
"So couldn't you just respond?" He asked.
"I responded. Why, don't you hear?" He asked sarcastically.
"Maybe if you had just paused your screaming for a second you would have heard," Al responded coldly as he scanned the room.
"Isn't it a family's day out?" He asked.
"Yeah," Louis answered.
"So where is she going to." He asked coldly.
"As far as I know she's part of the family as long as she's staying here. Louis said.
" She's not a family member," Al whispered.
"Okay then," Louis said to the shock of everyone.
"Butler Sam!" Louis called and he came to sight.
"Am so sorry but Al just made a family trip so I don't think u you will be joining us again," Louis said while giving Al a hard stare.
"What!! That's not possible Sam is part of the family." Al objected.
"Says who?" Louis asked him.
"Says me," Al said.
"So Sam is part of the family but Jules isn't?" Louis questioned and there was silence.
"As long as Sam is going Jules is also going end of the discussion," Louis made his point.
"Okay, I see how we are going to play it." Al nodded and left.
"You are driving right," Louis said when he got to the door.
"I will be driving alone," Al said.
"Sorry to disappoint but whenever we go for family's day out we drive together to the place. You can do what you please when we are returning as far as am concerned." Louis said as he walked past him into the van. He stood there and watched as everyone got in before he got to the driver's seat, started the engine, and drove off.
