Doris panicked in fear as the woman's voice kept on echoing in her ear. She quickly took another cloth in her wardrobe and slide into it.
"I can see you are getting prepared" Emily's voice sounded behind her. Doris gasped and turned around. She saw a beauty in front of her, chewing her nails.
"Who are you and how did you get here?" Doris asked in disbelief. Her heart was thudding fast.
"I teleported or better yet..... invincible. How bout I said I saw what you and husband was doing earlier" The girl mischievously smirked and Doris' ears turned red.
"Y..y..you sa..saw us?" Doris eyes beamed in surprise. The girl smirked.
"I'm not here to gist with you. Are going to come with me?" Emily became serious as she stared at Doris.
"And where will I go? Look.... whosoever you guys are, I need peace! I don't want to see anybody" Doris yelled out in frustration.
"Your husband is in a very deep sleep. Even if you hit him with a stick a hundred times, he wouldn't wake up. So, you can scream all you want" Emily urged her to scream out some more.
"Rude!! Just leave from here now" Doris eyes blazed in anger. She always find it difficult to control what was within her.
"I'm not leaving without you. Even if you don't leave, I will make you leave" Emily grinned and Doris frown became deeper.
"What do you want from me?" Doris tried to speak nicely with her. she didn't want to leave her husband and secondly, she couldn't tell what kind of people they are. They didn't look like Witches or Vampires.
"I don't want anything from you. Even if I want something from you, it's that bewitching beauty of yours... Your mother is longing to see you and touch you" Emily uttered and Doris was totally lost.
"You mean my mom "Leticia"?" Doris tried to confirm and Emily glared at her.
"Nah! Nah! That fake Vampire mom of yours is dead. I'm talking about your real and biological Mom" Emily stressed the "Real" and "Biological". Doris was totally lost.
"Excuse you? I only have one mother and who the fucking hell are you calling my biological Mom?" Doris questioned as she placed her hands on her waist.
"I can't deal with you anymore. You talk too much. Let's go!!" Emily entered into Doris' body. She didn't have any choice became she knew that she wouldn't be able to defeat Doris if they were to fight now. Her only option was to posses her and make her leave the Palace.

Amanda and Gideon laid on the bed as they both watched the ceiling together. No one was willing to say anything. The incident of how Doris saved her from being killed kept on playing in her head. She had accepted her fate that she was going to leave the world this very day, but unknowingly, Doris came and save her from the Queen of witches.
Amanda turned to Gideon, who's attention was still at the ceiling. She wanted to say something to break this awkward silence.
"Gideon, thanks for today." Amanda eyes were filled with gratitude as she express herself. Gideon's gaze averted to her.
"You don't have to thank me, Amanda. It was Her highness who saved you." Gideon slightly smiled to her, as he spoke calmly to her. Amanda smiled.
" But you were the one who ran to her aid. I saw how you panicked to make sure I wasn't killed" Amanda said and Gideon blinked. That was true!
"I had to do so because I was the one who brought you to the palace. If something had happened to you, I will blame myself for it" Gideon looked honest as he spoke.
"Thank you, Gideon." Amanda placed her palm on his cheek. Gideon remained still. He didn't push her hand away like he always did. His face looked a little emotional and calm.
"I like you, Gideon. I like you so much" Amanda confessed. Her every minute with him were dying and tempting. She thought it was his beauty that attracted her to him but she was wrong. Her heart began to create space and began developing feelings for him each day that passes by. She couldn't help but fall in love him.
Gideon was surprised, not because of her confession but because she had to say too soon, despite the tragic ending. Vampires and Witches love life story always ended up in a tragic end.
"She knows witches and vampires are not suppose to be together, why the hell is she saying this?" Gideon asked himself inwardly.
"Amanda?" Gideon spoke slowly as he looked intensely into her brown eyes. He placed his hand on her hand that was placed on his cheek.
"You are not suppose to be in love with a Vampire. It's forbidden" Gideon eyes were filled with concern. Amanda smiled
"That's not what I want to hear, Gideon. I want to know what you also feel about me" Her eyes became watery and her ears were eager to hear his reply. One part of her was waiting for an ugly answer and the other side was expecting a good answer.
"There's no point in knowing my answer since lovin' a witch is forbidden" Gideon said and Amanda looked broken. She removed her hand from his cheek.
"Do you love Princess Doris?" Amanda asked and Gideon raised a brow.
"Why are you asking?" Gideon voice became a bit loud. Amanda bit her lower lip.
"Because I want to know." Amanda replied him with the same tone he used on her. Gideon smirked as his gaze retuned to the ceiling.
"I love her and treasure her so much. I love her because she's a softhearted and nice woman. She has a strong will in doin' what she wants. I'm grateful that I'm able to serve someone like her but I don't have any romantic feelings towards her." Gideon finalized as she shut his eyes closed. Amanda smiled because her suspicions were wrong.
