Chapter 6 - ANOTHER STORY

"Come on, hurry up, hurry up!!! Ten more minutes! Maaas, the bus is leaving in ten minutes." Luna shouted, rushing to grab her luggage and run into the car.

Behind her Bintang walked casually then sat in front of the steering wheel after five minutes of Luna waiting in the car. Slowly the car drove not really matching the rhythm of Luna who was in a hurry.

"Can't you hurry up a bit? I'm about to be left behind." Luna exclaimed impatiently.

RRrr rrr.... Her phone suddenly vibrated. Nola.

"Yes...yes, yes?! Tell Mr. Edi to wait, please...okay, thanks." If the commuter bus driver didn't want to wait, Luna's friend Nola, who was already on the bus, would have to get off first.

Suddenly the car stopped in front of the warung. Oh no. What's going on here? Bintang got off, walked to the stall, then came out again while lighting a cigarette in her mouth.

Oh my God, Luna's chest felt like it was going to explode, "Hi! Don't you know we're in a hurry?! Are cigarettes more important than me?" Can you appreciate me? Can you be Urgent? Can you consider my business also important? Are you waiting for me to get to the ICU and then regretting never taking care of me?" Luna scolded endlessly.

Rr..RR….

Again Luna's cell phone gave a signal.

"Hi Budhi. Yes? On the way. What? Papers? I have, but I haven't photocopied it yet. Okay, Thank you."

Budhi reminded her homework, uh, it felt like everyone was really paying attention to Luna, except this one. The paper is already done, but .... Oh my gosh, no way... And Luna rummaged through her bag. Sure enough, she had left her paper behind!

"I saw it on the table earlier. I thought for sure you'll miss it, eh, it's true." Said Bintang still casually.

"Whhaatttt??? Here again!!!! Already know I'm a forgetful, Uh, instead of helping me to remember, do you enjoy seeing people's suffering? We're in the same team. You should have put that paper in my bag. That's a real friend. If not at times like this when else can we be together. Waiting for a fire first, then we work together? Back!! Back!! Turn back!!!"

Who is wrong why I'm the one being scolded, Bintang thought.

Without any expression of anger or disapproval, he swiftly turned his car back home.

Luna thought; differently; she also felt surprised. Why is it unusual for Bintang to be silent? Did he just wake up, or was he just lazy to talk?
