The Sagittarius was a tall, ebony haired and fair-skinned woman in the middle of her twenties. She had a majestic bow equipped as she scanned the situation. "Let him be, Captain." She said to the professor. "Come inside, Eisen." Sagittarius added.
Eisen Evans and Blizz went inside her quarters and office. "Why have you come here?" She asked him with a serious tone. "Were you sent here by Leo?"
Eisen shook his head and vehemently denied the accusation. "Of course not. I am here to help you. I heard from Gino that you wanted to revert the world back to the way it was, and I guess I share in your sentiments as well, so here I am." The Gemini responded back.
Sagittarius took a seat and sighed. "Sorry for being so antagonistic, this whole situation is just too much to deal with at once." She replied as she took a sip from her cup. "I know you are stressed as well, but please be careful not to use your spells and skills against fellow humans. Although they might still be NPCs, they are still alive."
Eisen choked up as he wanted to explain to her the fact that the one in charge of her foot soldiers was the same professor who just shrugged off his moments of being bullied in high school. He wanted to tell her that, but for some reason, Eisen found it particularly embarrassing, so he just kept his mouth shut.
"Got it, sorry for that." He said. "So, what is the plan, Sagittarius?" Blizz asked her. "We have to fulfill the true quest of Zodiac Ascension first, and that is to beat the wretched Sorcerer Kael and take back the staff that he stole from the Goddess, maybe her words really are truthful and it will fix everything else." She uttered.
"What is the delay, then? Shouldn't we just go ahead and charge at the Volcano Manor? That is where he always hangs around, right?" Eisen said to her. "I am worried about my parents who are not in the country, they're probably NPCs now…" He added.
"It is not that simple, Gemini. Sure, the straight forward thing to do might be to waltz in to the Volcano Manor and get rid of him, but you have to understand, six out of the Twelve Zodiacs are now stationed there, fully intent on protecting him." Sagittarius responded.
Eisen pulled a chair and took a seat for himself as well. "I cannot believe it. To think that the twelve of us would be fighting amongst one another…" he had a sad expression on his face.
"Gino is there as well; I am sure of it." She added. "To think that they are protecting the antagonist of Zodiac Ascension just to keep living in this kind of world, how pathetic." She clenched her fists at the table as he said so. "I will be honest with you, kid. It is shaping up to become an all-out war. We must have numbers as well as strength. The other Zodiacs who have sided with me have all gone outside, trying to recruit other players to join our cause."
"You want me to do the same as well?" Eisen asked her. "Sort of. I want you to help out in the high-level areas and assist the players there who are trying to level up, that way, you can try and recruit them to join us in bringing the world back to the way it was. Zodiac Ascension is meant to be a game played at our leisure, it never has and never will be my life." She started to get teary eyed, this was the first time that Eisen ever saw her in such a state.
